There are plenty of glowing reviews for this company — but in my experience, those reflect only the basic standard: receiving what you paid for. That should be the norm, not something to applaud. The real test of a company is how it handles issues when they arise — and in this case, communication was nonexistent. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again.

Only half my order arrived. There may have been good reasons for this — but I wouldn’t know, because like other reviewers, I found it impossible to reach anyone by phone (and they failed to reply to my email). I tried all five phone options without success. After trying repeatedly for two days I gave up. This was very frustrating. Payment was processed promptly, but any follow-up or support was noticeably lacking. It left me with the impression that aftercare is simply not a priority.

Plants exactly as described, well packed to prevent any damage and quick delivery. Very good and healthy plants and now growing very well. Will definitely be buying more.

Plant arrived in good time. It looked like the package had been turned upside down as the tops of the plant stems were all bent over and one broken off. The box was left in the front garden without anyone bothering to ring the door bell to indicate to me it had been delivered. I planted it straightaway anyway, so far it looks like the plant is recovering.

Took a while to have my hydrangeas delivered but so worth it! Received beutiful and healthy plants! Wish i knew them before, i would have ordered everything from this company! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

The staff were very helpful but when the plants arrived they were damaged and although I contacted them and sent photos I never heard anymore.

Plants look good and well wrapped and good price. Arrived undamaged even when posted in a heat wave. Only slight thing was that it took a while before they were dispatched but I wasn't in great rush.

Plants delivered upside down, which they can’t be blamed for, however after service really poor. Called and called no one answered phone, only email replies. Wasn’t offered a quick solution had to push for a refund.

Quality plant Calycarpus aphrodite arrived carefully packaged and labelled fragile from the nursery. The carrier however had turned it upside down at some point as flower buds were damaged and sadly had to be removed. Also delivery driver had left it in full view and full sun on a very hot day.

Really impressed, beautiful healthy hydrangea extremely well packaged for postage. It's looking glorious in my garden!
