Shaun was excellent with his advice during design. the company was responsive and great with delivery.

Sean was amazing. I calling around to find a specific item (which most suppliers did not have in stock even), he arranged it for me with free next day delivery. The item was with us by 11am the following day. Absolutely amazing service!

Will helped me purchase some drainage crates, he is very helpful and made my purchase easy.

Ordered 4 infill man hole covers and arrived next day. Unfortunately they had been inappropriately packed and all were broken. Contacted Will at Build Plumb Plastics who asked me to send some photos over and he would rearrange delivery of 4 new parts and the pick up of broken items. 9:00am next morning 4 good parts delivered and broken parts removed. Brilliant customer service.

I ordered 110mm pipe and couplings on 27 July and was told they would arrive 31 July, so arranged for workmen on site. I received the couplings next day but only of part pipe order on 31 July. No response from an email I sent. No tracking info even though I registered on website.
Was told the rest would be the next day but no sign. Work was delayed.
Then 1st August told that suppliers lorry had broken down. - Oh Yes. Work delayed again.
Pipe order arrived 2 August, with despatch date listed as 1st August.
Same as other comments. BP plastics use sub suppliers who they have little control over, especially when it comes to deliveries. Do not, like me, rely on their stated delivery times.

After some very bad customer service from Sky Plastics (ordered placed online, goods didn't turn up after 10 days, so phoned up to chase to be told they never had any in stock and weren't sure when they were getting any, but no phone call or email to advise me and still showing stock available online!!!!) I called Shaun from BP plastics who was very friendly and knowledgeable, I placed an order and he arranged next day delivery to me, order received with no problems at all. I will definitely be using BP Plastics for future orders. Very happy customer :)

Shaun was super helpful, and was happy to offer advise on which products I needed. He even asked me if I was sure I needed as much geotextile as I had ordered, thinking it was just for the water creates. So good observation there from Shaun of BP Plastics!
Delivery was arranged for one day, myself giving BP team a weeks notice, so all good. First delivery was the 6m lengths of pipe, driver very good with informing me when he would be on site. Now site has a maximum 9 foot wide gate, and with that challenge we got the pipe off and into the site. Second delivery was all plastic wrapped on a create, so straight into the safe place.
Cannot recommend BP Plastics enough, very good with communication, very good with all questions I put to them.
Shaun is a credit to the business, and professional where customer service is needed. Well Done!!

Shaun was super helpful, and was happy to offer advise on which products I needed. 1st parcel arrived quickly but DPD driver just dumped it and ran. Obvious parcel left in full veiw to be stolen. Second lot of items, supplied by a third party arrived some days later. All my instructions ignored; 1 pipe missing, again ,no knock at the door, just dumped, possibly stolen, as I told them it would be if it were just left. Replaced a few days later. Shaun is great to deal with but the BP plastics need kick all these 3rd party goons up the backside
