Afwaszeep in een bakje.
Helaas, kwamen de eerste keer, 2 van de 3 bakjes kapot aan. De oorzaak lag bij PostNL . The plastic Free Co heeft daarna snel gehandeld en nieuwe gestuurd . Daarvan was ook een van de twee bakjes kapot. Dit keer lagen er geen scherven in de verpakking . Het opsturen en verpakken kan wat mij betreft beter.
Verder ben ik over het product super tevreden! Een mooi bedrijf, met mooie duurzamere producten.

Een assortiment waar ik helemaal blij mee ben, veel van waar ik zelf naar op zoek was: schoonmaakproducten, gezichtsscrub zonder onnodige ingrediënten, duurzame opbergalternatieven, hebben ze hier! Ook mega snelle bezorging. Daarnaast zeker tevreden over de gekochte producten

Not satisfied. Your customer service is incompetent.
I appreciate your humbling apology. Thank you.
Please make an effort to answer emails and not ignore them, also I had sent a WhatsApp text message and that was ignored as well, never got a reply back. At the last minute, you refunded a product that I had purchased without any explanation at all. Ordered on the 8th of August and received my order on the 14th of August. I live in Belgium.
I do not know if I will be ordering from your company again. I wish you all the best.

We're sorry for the lack of communication on our part. We are a very small business and we're away for a long holiday weekend so we couldn't respond quickly to your messages which we should've arranged better and will definitely do next time.
In regards to your order, we did provide the proper service since we still shipped your order within our dispatch time which you can see in our shipping policy.
