Plastics Express Avis 

Still waiting for the majority of my order in which I ordered 7 weeks ago. No one is responding to my emails and nobody answers the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Still waiting for parts of my order after a month. They don’t answer the phone anymore. Have they gone bust? Have been a customer for a few years but they have been going downhill recently

Absolutely hopeless, 9 of 12 items delivered by courier, rang and had to leave a message as it’s rare anyone answers. No return of call. Courier delivers one more item next day, rings again no answer. After sat pressing redial constantly finally get an answer, need to look into it and call you back, no call back. I call again sat repeatedly pressing redial, then promised Saturday deliver of replacement parts and given a tracking number and a different telephone number as it’s saturday and office will be closed. No delivery on Saturday, tracking number invalid (turns out nothing shipped) no answer on different number given. I call again after the weekend, they need to look into it, will call you back. You guessed it, no call back. I have never dealt with a company so utterly useless, avoid at all costs.

My experience of the customer service was great, needed help with my project and they where more than happy to help. Placed my order over the phone and the goods I ordered arrived quickly. Would use again.

Had to chase up my order. Delivered with wrong fittings, and incomplete after 5 days so I returned it. Now having to chase my refund. They dont answer the phone. Emails are ignored. Eventually got hold of someone and have been told I will be refunded but they cant say when. Avoid this company like the plague. They wont be in business much longer.

I finally got through to PE using their sale number and spoke to the very helpful manager, Jess. She apologised for the problems I had had in getting a response but explained that holidays, and long term sickness at the company were causing difficulties. However I was assured that my missing delivery will arrive tomorrow.

NB Missing items arrived this morning as promised. Prices are good and I will use PE again.

Contrary to all other reviews, I found Plastic Express gave me very good service
I gave a largish order on Thursday 16 August 2018 and it was delivered correctly on Monday 20th August

Ordered and paid for stuff on 5th August, after numerous attempts to contact them they finally got back to me and said my delivery would be on that day 12th August . It never turned up. I’ve asked for a full refund today 15th August, wonder how long it will take them to sort it out. My rating is 1/2 out of 100 customer service is nonexistent

Plastic Express are obviously unprepared for online sales
I place my order, very basic drainage items, on Monday and received part of the order on the Thursday but as the order was incomplete I had the buy the remainder of the order locally on Saturday to enable me to complete the work at the weekend, not very express at all and no contact from the company after emailing.
Use another company there are plenty out there.

Despite the name "express" and promises of prompt delivery, the order took 5 days to arrive then it was only a part delivery, no paperwork left, driver promised to deliver outstanding items following day. It has now been almost two weeks, I have complained several times, the company have not even responded to my last email and I am still missing part of my order which I have paid for !
Beware of this company, I will now be taking legal advice.

Absolutely terrible service. I wish i had looked for reviews before ordering with Plastic Express. 2 - 3 days expressed on their website, goods turned up 6 days after ordering with no explanation despite receiving an email to confirm the delivery date being 3 days earlier. Called numerous times, and had to re dial multiple times in succession before someone would pick up. The last phone call i explained i had already waited in for 3 days to be told the last items that had yet to be delivered would either be Tuesday or Wednesday but couldn't tell me which as their supplier didn't know as the delivery would need to be signed for and then the operator hung up on me after. Finally spoke with someone who actually made a confirmation. We will see if their supplier Wolesley's actually hold to their promise however the last item for delivery would have been 10 working days after order placement. Nothing on their website or item to explain extended lead times.
By comparison i ordered other parts from Pipestock and received them in 24 hrs and that was a 6m length.

Waited two weeks and order finally arrived. Opened boxes to find parts of order missing. They knew parts were missing but never contacted me to say when the rest of the order would arrive. Phoned them four times to sort it out. How can you run a business like this?
Avoid this lot.....they are useless. Totally useless.

I ordered over 3 months ago some 170mm guttering, they forgot to send me a few pieces of the order. They have since twice sent me the parts but twice they were wrong as they are not 170mm, they realy answer the phone or reply to emails and I am totally feed up with the bad level of service. I urgently need to finish this job but can't get the correct parts sent from them.

Having ordered in a timely manner I am still waiting for a delivery of 6 x 2m length of guttering 2 weeks later - apparently the couriers have lost the order (how on earth you lose 2m length guttering ??) - Not convinced, since we are now on the FOURTH lot to be reordered (can you really lose THREE X lots of 2m guttering ?). Nothing adds up. Customer service hopeless even if you do get through to them, No trust or confidence don't believe a word after so many broken promises. Don't know what their business model is but doesn't seem to me they actually have physical stock - possibly just go betweens ? Don't bother unless you want a headache.

Just like other reviewers I placed an order for 12 items, 8 arrived, most of them were the wrong fittings thrown in a tatty old cardboard box.
I refused to accept the delivery and called and emailed endlessly but no response.
Now having to go through lots of hassle to try and get the money back.
Hard to tell if they are just incompetent or a scam. Either way, avoid.

Very poor. Orders incorrect, badly packaged if at all and delivered broken. Very slow to respond and didn't 'get it' despite a comprehensive email and pictures.

Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered goods two weeks ago and heard nothing since. Have sent many emails, all no reply. Published telephone number (0800) gets transferred to an EE Mobile answering service ! Again never get a response. Obviously not to be trusted and have either gone under or are about to. Many reviews like this on this board and others. AVOID

Won’t respond to emails, won’t answer phone calls. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

So far awful to deal with, incorrect items sent on first order, unable to contact to resolve, never answer their phones or respond to emails.
Avoid.
