Great experience. Fast and efficient

Platinum Valet demonstrated true professionalism throughout my airport meet and greet car parking experience with them. I would thoroughly recommend their impeccable seamless service every time.

Absolute jokers

Booked through a comparison site, gave all details of of my vehicle required including reg , make and model (crew cab van).
Arrived on time with a small child who was clearly having a meltdown. The operative who met me told me that the vehicle was larger then expected and would cost an extras £90 or they would refund me. I pointed out that i had informed them of the details before the comparison site that they use offered a price.

Its unclear if the guys collecting the vehicle were the owners or staff. One minute they were partners the next they were just collecting and didn't have any control over the issue

Their attitude to the issue was 'not our problem'.

Definitely won't be using these jokers again.

Easy to use. Friendly staff. Efficient service. Drop off very near to airport so quick and easy.
Plane delayed on tarmac by over an hour - didn't phase the handler, car ready to pick up as soon as we did make it through. No waiting. Will definitely use again

I’ve just returned from my holiday & left my car with the service. It started on a down when I called the number provided 14x on my phone & another 10 approx on my partner’s phone from an hour before up to when we arrived, to tell them that we were on our way.
However nobody ever picked up the phone.
We arrived to the valet parking as we had no other option & the helpful worker from maple parking, managed to get in contact with the manager from platinum valet parking to tell him we were there, the manager then claimed the phone lines were down.

It then took another 45 mins for them to come and collect my car. When collecting it, they said I would receive a car wash inside & outside my car for free due to the fact it caused a lot of stress & the service was pretty rubbish.

Up on collecting my car 5 days later, they picked up straight away & brought the car to us in a timely manner, however the car had not been washed inside & im not even sure they did the outside!

In addition to that, the mileage had gone down by around 40-50 miles. & the dash cam had been unplugged which I understand is some valet parking company policies but just FYI.

Don’t particularly recommend & I’m disappointed & wish I booked an alternative company. The stress it caused when we arrived was not particularly pleasant & we nearly booked a different car park.

On departure we rang up to say we was half an hour away only to be told there is delays so might be a little wait when we get there. On landing as soon as we landed I rang to let them know only to be told there’s delays and our car will be 45 minutes. Seems like a standard answer when you ring them yet all the other parking companies were in the ball. When our car did turn up the guy said he was told there’s delays was a delay to our aircraft. We actually landed early. When you land at 0015 you expect your car to be there ready before you land. The guy said if I wanted to complain mention the manager Harrys name. He apparently told the driver the aircraft was delayed

Very good service. Replies on time. It's the 2nd time I use the Platinum Valet parking service and I am very satisfied. Even when I had to change last minute my reservation the team help me to change the reservation smoothly. I will definitely use their service again and I strongly recommend them.

Excellent service by the staff at Birmingham. We had a slight booking error, however, Harry managed to sort it out for us just 30 minutes before we arrived. The collection on the way home was seamless. Would highly recommend.

It was convenient and my car was returned to me quickly. Professional.

Exactly what you want from a Valet Parking service: waiting for us when we arrived, efficient, professional, polite, our car was waiting for us when we were ready to collect.

I had the Platinum EV package. Told it would be charged on my return, but wasnt.

Manager told me there was nothing he could do at the time. Meaning I had to stop in a service station. 3 weeks into a complaint and still no resolution.

The staff is professional, friendly and ready on time to pick up and collect my car. They also delivered the car cleaned, so it was wonderful.

Great service. Went above and beyond for our family and can’t thank you enough!

Have been put off Meet & Greet services after last few times taking longer and being more stressful than Park & Ride, but this was a breath of fresh air

Very smooth, very efficient.

Brilliant experience, had an sms 24 hours before reminding me about booking then a phone call. I suppose to phone 60 mins before arrival but I had a phone call asking me when will I arrive. Parked over a met by friendly staff who took over the car explained what I need to do on arrivals and directed me towards departure. On arrival I phoned when I got off plane, got my luggage and walked to the car park. Met by friendly staff who looked at my passport and handed car key.

I was sorting out luggage and someone else came to me and told me I have 6 minutes to leave. THAT IS ONLY NEGATIVE. if there was time limit we should have been informed it would be helpful. Other then that everything was brilliant. Seems like taking my car and returning used around 11 to 12 miles which is brilliant.

By far the best service for airport parking - I’ve tried a variety of solutions. Simple process, clear guidance, easy to gain access to. A couple minutes walk to/ from terminal. My flight was delayed over 24hrs, situation handled amazingly well and very accommodating team. Special mention to Harry. Thank you for your fantastic service. Will be using again.

Overall ok but too long waiting time. We called straight after landing while still on the plane. We arrived at the car park and still had to wait for 25 min. In the text message we received was stated around 35 min from the time of the call but this was greatly underestimated. There was no traffic as we landed during the night but the driver told us that they arrive late as the car park is very expensive at the airport and they don't want to wait. I'm not sure we will use it again.
