I recently won a roolo from an Instagram giveaway and when I say I couldn't be happier I really mean it ! The roolo is amazing quality and a great toy for dogs,I have a Sprocker spaniel and a dachshund and they fell in love instantly working out how to remove the treats and how to move it around .
It is very durable, lightweight, easy to clean and hours of fun, the staff are also lovely on their social media account, I have already recommended the roolo to my doggo friends.

The Roolo is an a great enrichment toy that keeps my cockers entertained and enriched without bashing the skirting/walls like some other treat dispensing toys! Can take some training to get the dogs used to but is part of the fun and afterwards there's no stopping them!

Love this toy! It arrived and my pup immediately knew what to do. He’s semi needy (I’ve only had him a week but this you has allowed me to have unsupervised, bark free showers, clean the house and have meetings (though I do have to warn clients about excited yelps and thumping in the background). I filled it with chopped carrot and a couple of treats and let Ollie go nuts. Might buy another for when I take him into the office.

Marlie and Rex absolutely adore their Roolo. They’ve thoroughly enjoyed running around sniffing out their treats. It’s been so enjoyable seeing them engage with this new toy, as others they’ve tried before either dispense loads of treats or none at all; the Roolo dispenses just enough each time to keep them on their paws.

I found Play9 searching for an interactive dog toy for my son's very full on spaniel pup age 1.
I ordered the Roolo treat dispenser ball and it was despatched the same Friday afternoon and arrived Monday morning.
My son informed me that Rufus spaniel was immediately curious and spent the next half hour pushing it round to the point where he was worn out and went to sleep! The result they had hoped for.
So when morning walkies doesn't seem to be enough, it looks like Roolo ball will come to the rescue to bring a little more peace to working from home!
Can't thank Play9 enough for great customer service and their genuine care that Rufus and my son and his girlfriend were happy with the purchase. I'm glad to report they are 100% happy!

Amazing Enrichment Toy!

The Roolo has been a fantastic addition to my dog's toy collection. It’s a great enrichment toy that kept him busy for ages! I love that it’s made from durable, dog-safe material — it feels really solid, and I can’t see it getting ruined any time soon.

One of the best features is the small exit hole for treats. It makes the toy more challenging, which keeps my dog engaged and mentally stimulated for longer. Plus, the fun design means it rolls around unpredictably, adding an extra layer of excitement during playtime.

Highly recommend this for anyone looking to keep their pup entertained and happy!

Unfortunately I had issues with the product hence the 3 out for 5 stars. The first Roolo came apart at the seam after a short time. I was promptly sent a replacement which lasted longer but eventually had the same problem.
I was then sent a third Roolo which didn't last too long and suffered from the same fate as the first two.
I can't fault the customer service as they promptly sent me replacements free of charge.

Got the Roolo back when they first were marketed. My wee rescue dude is food driven and loves his Roolo 3 years on! His wee buddies loved it too, so i bought 2 more and gifted them. All the dogs love it! Indoors and out, it’s always played with. I would absolutely recommend this for any and all dog owners. Very durable, no wee bite marks or bits bitten out, just a great wee toy for dogs of any size.

My pup has had a little go with it. But as he's only 13 weeks, I think it's probably a bit too big for him as yet. However, he did get the hang of it, and I'm expecting he will find it real fun, once he gets a bit bigger. Definitely a good purchase.

It took my dog, a labrador, a few days to get to grips with Play9 but once he did it was a great success. I found the website easy to navigate and once ordered, the toy arrived within a few days. I would genuinely recommend Play9!

When I saw the Roolo pop up on Facebook I knew that I needed them in my shop. I contacted them via email and got a very quick reply from Lee and a sample was sent out straight away.

It is so unique in the way that it bounces and self-propels, the material has a lovely smoothness about it that makes it difficult, but not impossible to pick up and the hole is just right to pop dry treats or kibble in. It is light weight and doesn't bang and crash like other similar type food dispenser/enrichment toys.

I ordered my first 12, sold them quickly and reordered, the following 12 also flew off the shelf. It is great to know that I can now purchase them direct from my wholesaler, good choice :-)

We had a customer return one that was faulty and this was dealt with immediately, such a great product and a wonderful team at Play9. I wish you all the success in the world. It means a great deal to be able to support local innovation, just wish that the cost of manufacture in UK wasn't prohibitive.

Unfortunately my pup did not engage with the toy. Not really used it but also the older pup at 14mnth old loved it and played well but lost total interest in it.
I think at this minute is a bit of a novelty for them and just another thing lying around.
Update. Call from the guys at Play9 to discuss my review. Got to say what a professional and responsible team to deal with and I will be keen to see what new products they have online. Well done Play9

So good, I wrote a blog post about this toy, the best toy/treat dispenser on the market, durable, and hours of fun.

The best customer experience I've received. Less than 10mins after filling in the online enquiry form I received a call, Lee looked after me and got a new Roolo toy sent out for me the same day.

They toy has arrived and the quality is excellent and my dog absolutely loves it. Looking forward to seeing future products 🐾

Just what I needed for my dog, to make her more active, I put some treats in in, she is going mad for a good half hour, so really pleased with it.

Wilbur absolutely loves his Roolo! It keeps him engaged and stimulated. Wilbur gets super excited when I get the Roolo out of the cupboard, as he knows some fun enrichment is on the way! As he is a working cocker spaniel, I sometimes find that a walk is not enough and he needs some extra stimulation. This is where the Roolo comes in handy!
I have purchased so many enrichment products over the years and the Roolo is definitely one of my favourites. It's easy to clean and the unique design and material of the Roolo means by cupboards don't get knocked and damaged (something we found to be an issue with other enrichment balls). I would definitely recommend the Roolo!
