This was a scam- got sent a system worth £4 rather than the £30-40 one I ordered. They stopped responding to emails and had to get a chargeback via my bank.

Ordered and 4 weeks later the item still hasn't been received, no shipping updates and 0 response to my many emails asking for updates. This is 100% a scam company and best to avoid at all costs!!

Inferior model dull gray with 400 games and very flimsy model took 1 month to arrive and the console box is all damaged and beat up. Now website looks to be taken down with no way to fix or return.

The TrustPilot positive reviews are formatted the same way and the website appears to no longer be working.

You will end up with an inferior model being sent which is not what you will be ordering. They even confirmed that the colour request we made would be sent and this poor grey model with 400 games arrived. Badly packaged and flimsy console.

Purchased two handheld game consoles, Shipping was late then the incorrect product was shipped, I purchased two consoles and only one was delivered. No attempt from customer support to resolve issue complete radio silence definitely a Scam.

As many comments below apart from the made up 4 to 5 star reviews, this is a scam. Bought a console and case and nowhere to be seen. Emailed and filled in their own form on their website and nothing in return. Tracking is with What's Ship who like playcogaming has no phone number to contact them. Website also stopped loading and said I had to check settings on a dubious link. Do not use the link! My bank refunded my money within an hour and I gathered from the fraud people they had done a fee refunds from this site. DO NOT BOTHER AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY .. theses all must be fake reviews and I am reviewing from experience .. I purchased 2 consoles as they was on offer . Received 1 item eventually and customer services were great in responding .. when I went to let them know what had happened NO one replied after several attempts .. SAVE YOUR MONEY ..

Absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. Ordered over a month ago after being told it would ship in 3-8 days. Did some more research to find it was a scam earlier this week. This morning, a crushed box with some cardboard in arrived at my house.

Avoid, paid for handheld and protective case after seeing that a friend had got one from same site. Ended up getting no case and some cheap piece of crap knock off. Have emailed there support no response absolute scammers. Avoid will send you trash

Yes this is awful. Not what was advertised. As everyone else has reviewed, the console that actually arrives is rubbish. Only 400 games and none of the big names as promised. Also I ordered 2 consoles and I've only received 1.

SCAM! Do not buy off them. Purchase the handheld console off them with a protective case. Took ages to come which didn’t really bother me. Opened up my parcel to receive a completely different item to what was advertised. Got a cheap Chinese knockoff that looks completely different to what you buy and the case for it is no where to be seen. Sent multiple emails with no response and the website now won’t let me access it. Avoid at all costs.

I later disputed with bank as the goods received was different from advertised. Bank refunded me after a week or 2 as company is radio silent.

Ordered stuff from this crap company over a week ago. The order says usually delivered between 2 to 8 business days. The order is just sitting there still. It's ordered but they've not even put it through their system. Tried contacting them through email cause guess what no phone number. Only to be rubbered. Ordered this on the 21st of march its now the 2nd of april. Don't not order or buy anything from this company what a shitshow.

Ordered around a month ago and when was finally apparently dispatched on the 17th March order has now dissappeared apparently sent out via an airport, tried contacting in regards to where it could be only to hear nothing from them, now the main website appears to be down and not working.

AVOIDED AT ALL COST.

If I could give minus stars I would. Absolute disgrace. Purchased one for a present for nephew but not received, website taken down and no correspondence after asking for updates

Same experience as many of the people here, price was too good to be true, had one response from Playco telling me the new delivery date was 28th of March
No response from them from the last 3 emails asking for an update.

You can buy the real console direct from the manufacturer it's called an RG35XX

Save yourself time and just throw the £30 out the window. Same result but less stress. I would love to upper deck this guys toilet for setting this company up and wasting everyone's time

Scam. Just like everyone else after placing the order and chasing delivery, they stop replying to emails.
I’ve just started a dispute with my bank over the payment hoping to get my money back.

Avoid at all costs. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. But after the ads kept popping up on Facebook and Instagram I gave in and impulsively ordered.
