UPDATED REPLY - This review was left back in December as you will be able to see it is between other December reviews, this fraudulent reviewer has now "updated" their review after I completely dismantled their silly claims of me selling replicas because I wouldn't cancel his order. If you read my old reply at the bottom of this it probably won't make sense as the reviewer has completely changed the previous review aha! He is now claiming that I actually sent him a different box - very convenient... And that he never knew that his friend, the one who he mentioned multiple times botted my site (reason why I cancelled that order) He also mentions that I wouldn't give him a partial refund because of the condition and then miraculously the pair turned out to be fake! Again.. seems rather convenient.

Very long story short before you read my previous reply, this customer was annoyed as I did not cancel his order the same way I did with his friend (they both purchased off the same drop). He probably bought them without thinking and then regretted it and then in return spitefully wanted to defame my brand after I did not cancel. He swapped the original box for a terribly faked travis box which made a legit check fail and then he tried to use this to get a refund.

Wow, where to start with this review. This review has actually been taken down 3 times for defamation of my brand as it is completely untruthful but somehow on a new account has been posted again all out of spite. Let me explain and please if you are still concerned by this review feel free to contact me for full proof of context on this review. So, this person did order a pair of trainers from my website and also so did his friend (THIS IS A KEY PART) So, his friend who also purchased off my website actually used a bot on one of my 99 drops and therefore I cancelled his order. Notice in the review it says "somehow managed to cancel my colleague's order". The spite in this whole review was because this customer asked me to cancel his order and for a refund before he even received the shoes as he must have changed his mind. Unfortunately, the shoes had already been dropped off at the post office at this point so was not possible. Now, once the customer received the trainers, he demanded a refund because of the condition. After declining this I didn't hear back for a while until then I received a message saying these are replica with a screen shot of a failed legit check. After checking the pics used he had actually used a completely different pair in the pics which then failed a legit check for him to use as "proof". All of this just because I cancelled his friends order and wouldn't cancel his! Trust pilot need to do better at allowing businesses to disprove fake reviews like this, ridiculous.

Can't believe I'm even having to edit this reply again! Some people have way too much time on their hands unfortunately. In response to have a look on my website if it is still available?! The shoes you are referring to here you still have, how on earth could they be available... To add to this as well, why on earth would I switch the box?! Literally makes 0 sense!

Thanks for your feedback, I did not receive any emails from you and have reached out to you via email in order to arrange a return for this item. Unfortunately the message received by you was via shopify and was missed which I apologise for. The inner heel rip on your shoes was actually shown in the pics but I am still willing to accept these shoes back for a full refund, please check your email for my return address.

Hi Tiago, I do not appreciate this untruthful review. I requested more information via trust pilot which I did not hear anything back from unsurprisingly. Therefore, decided to do some digging of my own and managed to find your order which was the off white air max 90. First of all, "box absolutely smashed" your shoes did not come with a box nor was it even pictured which proves that you are lying straight away. Secondly, I traced back an email you sent me and it was indeed in regards to cancelling the order however, this was right after you ordered and before you even received this item. This completely goes against your false claims in relation to "much worse condition". As it very clearly states at the top of my website and in every description "all sales are final" this is to allow my business model which is weekly drops to run efficiently. I do not appreciate you leaving this untruthful review out of spite purely because I did not let you cancel the order.
