Ordered 2 pairs of slides
I ordered two pairs if yzy slides DS, one of them wasn’t shipped and I got my money back (that pair still appears in stock on the website), and other pair arrived with some dust on the ‘insole’.
Overall great experience, but would have been nice to be asked if I still want the other pair, because I didn’t want to pay shipping for just one pair.

Hi Lucia, figured you’d probably leave me a bad review out of spite. As we discussed you did not enter for the £99 drop and therefore I cancelled your order. You received the password from someone else which was not fair on everyone else who entered. Was not for “no reason”.
