I'm always sceptical when i try a new company, but i needn't have been with Plumbinbits. They were first class throughout.
I ordered a Siamp 45 dual flush with push button for a close couple toilet cistern on Sunday. It arrived Tuesday and was fitted in about 20 minutes. As it was a straight like for like swap i didn't even have to uncouple the cistern to fit it due to the unique bayonet fixings on this particular make. It was as simple as water off, quarter turn left in the old part and remove. Replace with the new part and engage the bayonet lugs, quarter turn right and lock. Replace the cistern cover and screw on the dual flush operation button and turn the water back on. Job done.
Plumbinbits and their delivery partner, DPD kept me updated by email every step of the way and even gave me an hour time slot so i didn't have to hang around all day and could get on with other jobs.

Order a replacement part for the toilet over the Jubilee weekend. Although it couldn't be delivered over that period it arrived on Monday as expected.
Very pleased with the service, I would happily recommend PlumbinBits.
