PlumbLondon have been absolutely wonderful on all fronts. Really friendly initial contact, caring emails, prompt answers to queries, and a competitive quote (as well as a lot of empathy for being without a bath for more than four weeks.) Excellent and quick (no dawdling!) repairs of substantial pipe damage and now the bathroom is functional and leak free again. Charlie was brilliant, friendly, and polite and quick and super tidy and just such a difference to too many unreliable other plumbers I have experienced over 15 years of home-ownership. I’ve used Plumb London a couple of times and had quick responses and excellent service both times. They did a great job installing some inspection hatches for a gas flue and there is good communication throughout. Would recommend.

Monday. Luke arrives to check the fault in our boiler.

Tuesday morning. Luke returns with Tom to install a new boiler and to complete a full flush of our heating system.

All the way through, the service, information and advice given was five-star. The guys were very respectful in our home, from needing to enter every room to check all our radiators to clearing up and minimising the noise without intruding on our day.

Tuesday evening. A warm house and a hot shower. A happy household.

Used this company to replace my bathroom, a straightforward job and contact with the sales team was initially great and the job was due to take no more than 3 weeks to complete. Well that was in May 2025 and I'm still very unhappy with the quality of work at the end. They aren't the cheapest company but I selected them based on reviews and the fact that they had a head office to liaise between you and the plumber. The quality of work has been beyond poor, much of the work has has to be redone by the senior plumber Mounir, (who is excellent and I am very grateful for his help), but in order to get them to send Mounir I had to endure countless extremely rude and difficult conversations with the manager Conor who is without people skills and is clearly using AI to write all his emails. Only once Mounir had visited and seen the poor quality of the work to Conor change his tune and arrange for changes to be made. But unfortunately it was not enough, the products they recommend are awful and not good quality despite being ensured they were the best around and of course, they are plumbers you want to be able to trust their recommendations. But after only a couple months of use, many items are having to be replaced at my own expense. And this was not a cheap job, as soon as the original plumber started work the costs went up - including another charge for another plumber to be there to "make sure the unit goes on straight"- apparently this too much for their plumbers to do on their own. My advice is to stay well clear and spend your money elsewhere - ps check your invoices if you do use them, if they buy parts for you they charge VAT on top but you are charged the VAT included price from the website! Avoid avoid avoid

The work was done quickly and professionally, the engineer was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the service.

Overall a good experience. Communication with the office was prompt and an appointment made to assess the job. Once the quote was accepted the plumber returned within the week. We had a toilet replaced and all taps in the bathroom upgraded. Sadly the new toilet was cracked so a returned visit was required.
All work was carried out with care and Luke always rang to tell us when he was on his way

The engineer was very helpful. He checked the boiler and also took a look at our radiators.

I needed new bath tub taps and Plumbing London found the exact style I wanted as well as installed them within days of my telephone call. Chris was cheerful, the work didn’t take long and there was no mess afterwards. Now I’m thinking of having the whole bathroom re done and will use Plumb London.
