Friendly and knowledgeable service

I had a small issue with my boiler recently, and went straight to Plumb London as I normally do. I got the usual quality service from the team, who sent an engineer out the same day and kept me fully informed of their progress. I've been a Plumb London customer for a number of years now and will be back again soon for my next annual boiler service (as well as any emergencies in the meantime)!

Great customer service on the phone. Speedy turnaround, quite expensive, but that is the price you pay for speedy same day service.

The work was done on time and in accordance with the quotation with everything left spotless. Most importantly I can now control my heating, which I certainly couldn’t do before.

We had Luke and he was fantastic, same day fix of our issue, which was vital as we have a 2 year old and pregnant wife with no hot water / heating. Quotes for initial hour and resolved within the hour plus parts, would 100% recommend and only service we will use for plumbing work now.

I have used this company a couple of times now. They installed a new boiler, carried out boiler and cylinder repairs and issued a gas certificate. Really pleased with the service from start to finish during my recent boiler installation and switch to a combi system.

Nikola was brilliant the week beforehand trying to track down a leak in my old system - so thorough, patient and determined to get to the bottom of it, which I really appreciated.

On the day of installation, Andrew, Nikola and Alex were professional, friendly and reassuring throughout a long day for them. They took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, explain how everything works and make sure I was happy with everything before they left. They also left the house clean and tidy afterwards, which was appreciated. I was also really grateful for the flexibility around dates/times.

Really excellent service, absolutely recommend!

I've been with Plumb for my annual boiler maintenance visits for several years now plus any specialist jobs that crop up as a result of these and have always been satisfied with the service provided. The engineers involved have always been professional and polite and I have never had any cause for complaint.
I am also impressed with the service from office staff when I ring to ask advice and book visits etc. They're always helpful and constructive in their approach and I feel that I can ask anything that's on my mind. I suppose that I'm saying that I find them approachable and helpful aren't I ?
