The engineer was very knowledgeable and courteous, and ensured that all the other radiators in the house were bled properly before completing the job, as the system had to be drained down. We were very pleased with this efficient service.

I called the same day my boiler was leaking and they promptly assisted me and sent an engineer to check within the same day in the evening. Following day they shared all the findings and the proposal, so we opted for a new boiler and they have done everything and sent the same engineer the day after for installation, which took the whole day. Very impressed with the service and the quality. highly recommend

Fast service (next day) for the initial assessment of the issue. Then, even though it was not an emergency per se (needed broken shower pump replaced and associated inter-connecting pipe work), the team managed to source the part and fit me in the very next day. Engineer was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. A pleasure to have in the house and left us very happy customers! Will definitely use again!
