The package arrived on the same day I ordered it. Very impressed

We chose to buy a double bed from Plum Retail mainly because their website states clearly that ' professional couriers will handle the offloading process, bringing your fully assembled furniture directly to the room of your choice'.
Because of the weight of the packaged furniture, the couriers needed my help to carry the items up the stairs, they then left the fully packaged furniture for me to sort out. Plum Retail gave me a £50 voucher to spend with them as an apology. I guess this must happen a lot as most items of £50 on their website are sold out

I ordered a candle that I thought came with a remote control. It arrived quickly and well packaged. I emailed to say the remote control was missing. I didn’t read the ad properly and you have to spend 50.00 to receive the remote. The candle was lovely so I ordered another. As a gesture of good will they sent me a remote. I will definitely be shopping here again the whole shopping experience was quick and easy. E mail response was quick. Order arrived the next day.

The company was easy to purchase from and the product was well packaged and as described. However, the estimated date of supply was inaccurate and the company required 'chasing'. After contact the customer service team did their best to rectify the situation although plans had to be adjusted more than once, accounting for the loss of one star.

The coffee table is very very good quality and arrived in good order and on-time.

The company delivered when most bigger companies refuse to deliver to Northern Ireland .

Waited for months and then the wrong item and had to wait for it to be picked up and the correct one delivered. Waiting time from order to delivery is too long

I bought a Laura Ashley Garret set of drawers. Although there was a long wait, I was warned of this and kept informed. They arrived in perfect condition and I am extremely pleased with them.

I love it, but, the mechanism is noisy and the plastic it’s made from is cheap looking, we’re paying for the name obviously, I honestly don’t think it’s worth £70. Plumretrail customer service are fantastic though!! Super fast delivery! Thanks guys!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
