Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had one parcel delayed. I emailed the company in the afternoon , received an email back the same day with information giving details of re-scheduled delivery. Parcel delivered the same day just before 21.00 as stated in the company’s email.

Absolutely useless in communication and service
I spent a week emailing the company asking about the availability of a bed. The correspondence ended halfway with no further responses from the firm. They are just intermediaries between producers and consumers and seem to know nothing about customer service. They may be OK for the delivery of fragrant candles - something most other customers here provide feedback on - but on any more significant items they seem utterly hopeless. The company now claims that "all my emails were replied to". This is simply untrue; two chaser emails remained unanswered for two days, and I have the evidence to prove this.

Rapid Dispatch and Delivery
I ordered a clock just before 12 noon on a Saturday and it was handed to me at 10am on the Sunday by Royal Mail. And the first class delivery was included - I didn’t pay extra! Very impressive service, love my clock! Thank you for great service.

Karlsson cuckoo clock not working! No response!
My cuckoo clock that I brought for my fiancé for Christmas has stopped working. I have tried to get in touch with them and I have had no response. This clock was a lot of money and one my fiancé had dreamt of! Having no reply is disgusting.

Incomplete delivery but problem quickly sorted
Only three packs of candles delivered.four were ordered and paid for. This was resolved by a very helpful and courteous email that advised the a replacement pack would be sent out along with the complimentary remote control.
