I’ve had a great experience with Plunge Chill so far. The cold plunge was very easy to assemble, with clear instructions and no complicated parts. I was pleasantly surprised by how compact and practical the design is—it breaks down and stores easily in a tote, which is a huge plus if you don’t have a ton of space.

I purchased their premium Plunge Chill tub for my balcony, and it’s been perfect, the size is ideal, and it’s so convenient to get in and out of. It feels super sturdy, and I’ve had zero issues with it being inflatable instead of a hard tub. I’m genuinely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend it!

I enjoyed using the plunge chill. In fact I did it twice, both times for one minute.
I have issues with a knee injury and at times I have difficulty walking. Soaking in this icy water made my tight and angry leg muscles relax.
The relief last for hours after my cold plunge experience.

My daughter was not as in love with it as I was. However, she is on her high school soccer team and she understands how beneficial this will be after a long day of practice.

My husband struggled using the product. He does not enjoy the cold, but he has heard me discuss the positives and was curious. He is intrigued by the potential health benefits cold plunging offers and is open to trying the plunge chill again in the future.

Plunge Chill cold plunge is great! The set up was very easy. It came with a bag so you can deflate it and travel with it. The cold plunge fits in my house which I love. This is the best cold plunge!

Plunge Chill’s basic plunge tub is amazing if you are looking for a portable, durable, lightweight plunge tub at a super competitive price. It was super easy to set up and it even has connections for a chiller. I used 100 lb of ice to get the water down to 40 degrees and the tub stayed rigid and structured the whole time. It has an inflatable neck pillow ring around the top which holds air really well. The material is heavy and high quality. I can’t wait to get one of their chillers to try out!

Quick and easy and compact.
The tub is a perfect sized and easy to handle alone.
To set up and inflate was simple and to the point. It holds water very very well and fills up perfectly no issues.
It empties quick and easy to store after and set aside for my next use.
I love adding this to my routine and now looking in to more options of it. I love It!

Great Product. I received the Plunge about 6 days after it was shipped. It was super Easy to set it up. The product was very good quality and was made of very good material. I love that it’s a bit taller than my old plunge. When I sit in it, my completely submerged up to my neck.

I really enjoyed the Plunge Chill Cold Plunge. Kept the water nice and cold and came with everything you need.

I need to return a plunge chill. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication amongst family members and someone already ordered one and now we have two. To begin the return request was frustrating, but FINALLY the repeated back and forth emails still have not materialized with the product return steps. (Plunge chill has never been removed from packaging)
Latest email indicates I'm beyond the 30 day return policy! Wrong!!!
Customer Service has been totally appalling to the point where I feel this is all a scam.
