They did arrive 30 minutes earlier than we were told in a text message yesterday so we weren’t quite ready for them but they were respectful and polite and did a good job in a good manner.

Thanks. They came on time (actually half an hour earlier). They did a great job- very efficient and packed all the packaging together. No fuss at all.

Couch arrived ahead of time. We were kept informed of delivery time via text. Couch installed quickly & where we wanted it. Great service.

Amazing service

Process was relatively smooth. Purchasing in store was fantastic, arranging delivery was tedious, I was advised to call delivery centre to reschedule as it has been put on a day I was overseas and I had a round and round conversation about how they could only hold a sofa for 21 days but I needed delivery on 22nd day due to being overseas. This was quickly rectified when I called store.
Delivery came in desired day, within specified time. Prompt and professional.
Experience was very pleasant, with the one exception noted above.

Our 2 sofas were delivered earlier than predicted. The fabric is soft and the colour is lovely. There were ample fabric options to choose from. The salespeople were helpful and company communication was great.

Fantastic sales service, not so fantastic delivery service. Requested an extended delayed delivery date due to having house guests and the delivery company were utterly inflexible. Now have multiple sofas in the same room, and difficult to sit down.

Delivery men very nice. Unfortunately the sofa had to be returned to warehouse as product had some damage to it.

Basically, everything that was promised was not delivered. Firstly, we were given a date and a time that our lounges were going to be delivered, these dates and times were changed on two accounts, with that in mind! when I rang the store at Crossroads to find out what was going on I was told that she could not help because she had to find out more from your delivery Centre. When the sales lady came back to me, I still didn't get an answer, as she said that she was not given all the relevant details, I just think this is not good enough, in fact Plush/Nick Scali should be embarrassed with themselves, this is even worst for me as I know Anthony very well and my father in-law was a very close friend for a very long and in fact worked for him when they first started operations in Australia. You asked me to be honest and even though I know the owners I would not pull back from saying what I need to say and also one of the drivers' offsiders was somewhat rude to a degree and pushy.

The guys were very good to deal with - polite, efficient and quick.

My build was delayed, so I asked if it was possible to extend the hold beyond the 21 days, even offering to pay extra. They declined, so I had to arrange for it to be sent to a different location. It took over 5 phone calls, 3 emails, and a visit to the store to try to resolve issue. Several people promised to follow up, but none did. I eventually found the delivery person’s direct contact number through the tracking system to update the address. However, the delivery was 2 hours later than the window because they had to modify the order, but they didn’t inform me. This delay affected my work.

Drivers were friendly, chatty and helpful.

Great service from store, purchase, and delivery. The delivery updates were helpful leading up to day of delivery.
