Outstanding customer service and variety of rugs to choose from.
I was quite pleased with the variety of rugs on their website and was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Ordered two and one was not the correct shade. My customer service rep Megan Reetz was very attentive and provided excellent customer service throughout the process of returning the rug and finding the correct color to match. She made the return, reordering and communication process seamless. Rugs were also perfect as the ones I ordered did not require an addition non slip pad!!
