I have been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. I have contacted Plusshop 6 times via email and there has been no response. Money keeps being charged to my debit card and they have now taken £40 AFTER I have asked for my membership to be cancelled. Absolute joke

Jag upptäckte att de drar pengar på mitt kort. Har försökt få svar på varför men de svarar ej. Jag har inget konto hos dem och kan alltså inte gå in den vägen och avsluta något. Minns inte att jag beställt av dem men jag kan ha gjort det fast glömt. Jag har mailat och sagt att jag inte vill vara med i något avtal inget svar. De är polisanmälda varje gång de stjäl mina pengar.

Keep away from these thieves
,Plusshop have been taking a fee of £9.95 per month without my consent for months. I certainly haven't knowingly signed up for a reoccurring payment, and definitely haven't received anything from them. I've reported this with my bank as fraud. But there should be something that could be done to get our money back. Any idea?

They add you in a kind of club without your permission or authorization. They charge you £10 every month. If you have a problem there's any kind of way that you contact them. Only email and... As always.. Nobody replies. They don't give money back.
