Like many people on here, Plusshop have been taking a fee of £9.95 per month without my consent for the last 12 months. I don't recall ever shopping here. I certainly haven't knowingly signed up for a reoccurring payment, and definitely haven't received anything from them. I've reported this with my bank as fraud.

Never signed up for this and they've been taking 9 95 a month for absolutely nothing. I fuming

My wife bought something from them in Dec 2023, since then they have taken regular payments of £9.95 for a membership she didn t sign for.
Its Membership payment scam. I ve tried cancelling via my account page and it doesn t work. Had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments.
If this is a legitimate company, which it seem s to be because it still supplies goods, how can this happen?

Fraudsters they sign you upto a £9.95 a month subscription.

The shop is a front for a scam.

They sell you a product, and you receive it,
but if you read the fine print, they are now changing you £9.95 per month!
I'm now down £318 without even noticing it was happening.

Avoid

I never received a confirmation acknowledgement for my order, no email correspondence whatsoever, I only knew that the item had been processed as I received an acknowledgement for Royal Mail to say that the item was on its way, also there was no information at order stage to say that placing an order signed you up to a monthly subscription, I only discovered this from reading other reviews. Therefore as I have no order acknowledgement and no details of an account I have had to raise with my credit card company to block any future payments with this merchant

Noticing other reviews posted, I wonder if the reason I did not receive a confirmation email is because this would contain the small print regarding the subscription, which is dishonest to say the least

Really good product happy with the service

I wouldn’t even give them a star if it allowed….I ordered from this company back in December last year, I entered the website through a google search for a baby frame I wanted and at no point did it say that it was a subscription site! I did not realise I was signed up automatically to a monthly subscription, and because it was only £9.95 a month I just didn't pick up on it on my bank statements. Even at check out it doesn’t inform you that you are signing up to a subscription. I didn’t notice for 12 months until I randomly checked my standing orders and saw it on my subscriptions, I paid over £100 in subscription fees. Angry doesn’t come close! I’ve gone back to my emails and have the original order confirmation with loads of small print at the bottom about returns, then underneath, in more small print it tells you that on purchase you are automatically signed up to their monthly subscription. No-one I doubt would check the small print on an order confirmation after they’ve placed and paid for their order and this is how they catch you….absolute scammers!!! Please do not fall into this trap as countless others have.

This is a SCAM site that charges a subscription every month after your purchase.€100 and 10 months later bank inform me of the monthly payment coming out of my account!!Do not use these scamming conmen for any sort of purchase.They should be in jail for fraud.

Jeg var lidt bekymret i starten, især da pakken ville krydse EU-grænsen (formoder jeg?), men pakken ankom meget hurtigt uden problemer.

Totalt fub. Trækker penge på konto, der kommer ikke de varer man har bestilt.
Og totalt umulige at komme i kontakt med , både via tlf og mail.
Hold jer langt væk fra dem. 😨😨

Supporten fungerar inte alls, de svarar inte på mejl eller telefonsamtal. Jag blev också lurad, ingen produkt, ingen återbetalning, jag fick ingen återbetalning!

I Ordered some kitchen knives that were half the price of Amazon.

The Good:
They arrived after 5 days - exactly what I ordered.

The Bad:
I didn't receive any emails to say the item had been shipped, despite the order confirmation saying I would.
Their website didn't give any useful order status or tracking info - just showed the order as 'completed'

The Ugly:
The packaging was minimal. Just a sealed plastic bag with the items inside. No protective bubble wrap or outer box.
Fortunately the items arrived unscathed - but I think that was more luck than judgement.
