Purchased a set of tires from them then they came back saying that it's out of stock.

They offered an alternative set and said I didn't have to pay the difference. I accepted and then they went back on their word and told me I had to pay the difference.

Terrible communication and customer service. Buyer Beware.

I ordered a complete set rubber,rims ,tcmp sensors.The package finally arrived,took 4 differny deliveries to get a complete set,thats weeks i waited so far,then when i installed winter tires,the tire sensors work briefly,now not at all.I saved 150 buck on the tires and wasted a month. I prefer the peace of mind knowing the local shop will be there when i need them,as my time is as busy as yjiers.ordered my package on nov\24\25,got the 3rd delivery on dec/9/25 and 4th tire missing in shipment.3 days later it appeared after many text and emails.then all sensons dont work,was that worth 150 busks saving.hell no. rubber and rims good,thats why i gave 3 stars not zero

Yohan is terrific! He is 100% all in to help you with knowledge & any kind of little problems you might have along the way. Not only was he helpful all the way through my purchase & delivery he kept me informed when I had any questions. If I ran my own business I would hire 100 Yohan's & never have a problem. The tire & rims I got make me very happy, & look incredible too!! Thanks again for all your help!

$2,000 order — pre-mounted tires, balanced wheels, and TPMS sensors — all arrived with leaking valve stems - which took time and effort to find the leak in the tires.

I ordered a full wheel package from PMCtire: four brand-new tires pre-mounted on brand-new rims, fully balanced, with TPMS sensors already installed. The total was about $2,000. This was supposed to be a “ready-to-go” package.

Instead, all four valve stems were leaking right from the start.

I contacted PMCtire expecting some kind of support or warranty response. Their answer was basically:
“You’ll have to deal with it yourself.”

No replacement parts. No acknowledgement that this was a defective pre-mounted package. No real help at all — just pushing the responsibility back onto me even though they did the installation and shipped it as a finished product.

For a company that promotes professional mounting and balancing, this is a joke. A pre-mounted package should NOT show up with four leaking stems.

Now I’m stuck wasting time and money fixing something PMCtire should have checked before shipping.

Very disappointing. Would not recommend their pre-mounted wheel packages at all.
