Dealing with Nickerson's is great but the delivery service has been poor lately. Parcel force deliver to local post office and we have to find out where and arrange to go and collect.

As always the website is easy to access the areas of interest, payment straight forward and delivery very quick.

Poor delivery
12 days, just to dispatch what I would have thought to be off the shelf stock items. I normally allow 2-3 days and a day for delivery with this company anyway.

Unreliable
The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was frustrating, especially considering this was a potential business transaction.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Nickerson PMS. If you’re looking for clear communication and reliable customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.
