The Victorian-style white PVC canopy porch kit I had from this company is an excellent offering, combining thoughtful design with solid build quality. It arrived as a complete package, with everything well-finished and clearly made to go together smoothly.

The plastic slate-effect roof is a real highlight, once assembled giving a convincing traditional look while staying lightweight and low-maintenance. The overall aesthetic captures that classic Victorian charm beautifully and adds instant kerb appeal!

What stands out most is how well the original design supports customisation. With the addition of front pillars and bannisters, it was easy to make it into something more bespoke without fighting the structure of the kit, allowing me to make entry/exit safer for my elderly Aunt. That flexibility speaks volumes about the quality and design behind it.

A genuinely well-designed product that looks great as supplied, but also provides a strong foundation if you want to take it in a different direction.

Obviously I had been looking for an over door canopy but none ( in my personal view/ eyes ) looked good enough for my home.
Entering the equation is looks, build quality, design, cost : and ultimately adding a feature to the door/ entrance.
This fit the bill perfectly, the actual weight of the boxed product is quite something - obviously a tribute to the solid make & appearance of the canopy. Installed by myself with no problems, my advice : read the instructions, then read again - it will make your life much easier.

I ordered a large canopy (about £460) from their eBay shop in early February. The order arrived in two parcels, but I only received one of the two. DHL’s updates were confusing and some deliveries were rescheduled. After a few weeks the missing parcel was found to have been returned to the company without notification, and the seller issued a refund through eBay after I raised the problem.

Although the delay and initial lack of communication caused extra time and travel costs, the staff took real steps to resolve the issue. They followed up with clearer DHL notifications and a message to check that the canopy was assembled correctly. It wasn’t perfect and been more than a month wait, but I appreciate their efforts to make things right.

From ordering to delivery was great.. I would have given more stars But a lot of money for lot of parts missing and fixings not in the right place or missing altogether, my fault I should have took more notice and counted all the parts, I'm a building maintainer by trade so I got around the problems. This door canopy looks great and already had a few positive remarks by locals.
I would like to add .. I was contacted by the MD of Canopy UK I was thanked for my write up in which I had pointing out the mistakes and suggesting that they up their Quality control.. I was offered and have accepted a part refund.. having first given Canopy UK 3 stars for this follow up I would give Canopy UK now 5 stars.

Hi to be fair I didn’t expect it to come in a kit form . If I would have I would not of bought it. It was not mentioned about it being in bits.

The sample order was processed and dispatched very professionally.

Absolutely love the canopies. My partner said it was pretty straightforward to fit. Really good service, packaged well and a very good product.

canopy was easy to install with explicit written instructions .looks good on our front entrance we bought a second one for our back entrance.Keeps the rain from our doors

I paid for next day delivery and didn’t receive the product until 4 days later. However they did refund the next day delivery payment .

Great Well made they look great up i had 2 canopies in brown easy to put up and i have people asking me where i got them from.

Lovely canopy, well made and easy to put together. We paid to have it professionally installed, as our home is rendered, but the two builders had it done in a few hours. They had to cut a curve in the roof panels to fit around our downspout so that it could be central over the door, but that wasn't a problem, and now it's up you can't tell. We are really happy with it, we think it makes our home look nicer, and it stops the rain from beating against our south facing door and leaving puddles on the floor, too, which is a nice bonus.

I received my order promptly but my request for a VAT receipt has been totally ignored. So if you are a business and you need to obtain an official receipt give this company a miss!

Our home greatly benefits from the Highgate canopy. Although we encountered a minor delivery challenge at first, the managing director personally addressed my inquiry swiftly and sorted it out. His dedication was truly appreciated.

Installed the Cosgrove for a client and what a great product. Highly recommend

In the pictures online the porch looks pretty nice. However, in reality the plastic it is made from looks cheap and is not good quality. Some of the panels feel like they will break easily and one panel did have a broken tab straight out of the box.
On some of the panels underneath the plastic tiles you can see the colour of the brown tiles through the white plastic panels as they are that thin.
I also had 2 nuts missing, so I had to go and buy some.
The whole thing has a cheap look and feel to it and I wouldn't recommend it.
