I loved the website and found the ordering process really easy. I decided to get a builder to install the porch as I wasn’t sure it was a job I could complete with no experience. I’m glad I did as it... Voir plus

UK Canopies have been successfully supplying British manufactured roofing products for many years. It has now taken the next step forward to supply the UK market with a range of self assembly door canopies. All of our unique door canopy parts are made in the UK via the process of injection moulding, which ensures consistency. Manufactured from a mix of high density polyethelyne and high impact polystyrene, our door canopies will last 5-10 years with minimal upkeep required. The material is also uv-stabilised, meaing the colours won't fade. The flat pack format reduces both transport costs and damage, making them ideal for all trade, DIY and domestic users. UK Canopies offer a fuss-free, cost-effective alternative to the more costly wooden and fibreglass door canopies currently found on the market. UK Canopies are able to draw on over 40 years of combined manufacturing experience, which means we can keep costs low and pass these savings on to our customers. We strongly believe you won't find a comparable product for less, but the the off chance you do, please let us know and we'll beat it!

Porch
Really Quick delivery and for what it is it’s a good product.hung solidly on the wall
Only thing I changed was the wall plugs to use fisher ones as they’re far superior to the ones it’s came with.

Hi Patricia, we're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your canopy. We were initially waiting on you to confirm suitable collection date, once this was communicated we arranged a free collection. We always try to make our returns process as straightforward as possible and appreciate your cooperation in getting this resolved.
We're sorry again that this experience did not meet your expectations.
Best Regards,

Really pleased with outcome
Really pleased with outcome, however I was missing some washers from the box so had to go out and buy some.

Lovely Canopy
Delivery was very fast and the canopy was £28 cheaper ordering direct from UK Canopies rather than through Amazon, but still with free shipping. My handyman installed it yesterday and it wasn't difficult at all. It's made such a difference to the front of the house compared to the old flat roof porch.

It looks good when installed …
The canopies arrived promptly and well packed.
However there were some parts missing and one part was damaged.I also found the instructions not easy to follow, ( was it me, or them !! }
This was soon rectified by the office manager Kate, who sent the parts required so they arrived the following day.
Kate was very quick to answer some questions I had, and was very helpful, giving a very good service.

Looks good and an easy installation even for 2 mature pensioners.
I ordered one of the canopies online after visiting the website as they looked very good and easy to fix in position for a home diy'er.
The order arrived briskly, before I was ready to install so I took the opportunity to have a mock up in the sitting room. It paid dividends as it confirmed all the parts were present and subsequently made actual installation a doddle. I just needed an extra pair of hands to affix the first rear triangle, as usual my wife lent a hand. 40 years of marriage and she has become an expert in supporting my projects. Having fixed this first piece the rest fell into place and soon the item was fixed in position and looks great.
We are both very pleased with our purchase and both agree it enhances the front door. We did have a local quote from a builder to make one in situ which was several times the actual cost of this so again this was undeniably a bargain purchase.
We would not hesitate in recommending these products from UK Canopies Ltd.

Cost effective over door canopy
A plastic piece together over door canopy that looks great. As mentioned in other reviews, instructions are a little unhelpful re: the illustrations but overall, it’s not too difficult to put together. We had an issue with our installer (not affiliated to UK Canopies) not correctly fitting the white tiles that belong underneath the canopy but I had good support from them especially as when I submitted the photo of the installed canopy, they pointed out the issue with the tiles that our installer had made the mistake on! Overall I would recommend this over door canopy.

Superb flat pack canopy.
The canopy arrived on time, beautifully boxed. The parts were complete along with the tool kit. The whole thing went together perfectly and all aligned exactly. Every part fitted as it should and the finished canopy looks superb. It must be good, as I’m 75 years old and built it on my own!

Very flimsy
Very flimsy. Pre drilled holes in assembly were missing as per instruction sheet. Roof tile sections, three were warped which meant screwing down and sealing the sections from the top. Looks nice but not as sturdy as I thought. Not worth £300. But it will do.

Réponse de UK Canopies Ltd
Hi Andrew,
thank you for taking the time to leave feedback - we're sorry to hear the canopy did not meet your expectations. The roof tiles should certainly be flat and uniform, we would be happy to replace any if needed.
In terms of sturdiness, all our products are tested for long term outdoor use and have performed reliably in some of the most exposed coastal locations of the UK.
Please get in touch with us at info@ukcanopies.co.uk with your order details, and we will resolve these issues asap.
Kind Regards,
UK Canopies Team

The canopy looks great
The canopy looks great and adds to the appearance of the house.
It was however, a two man job and took 4-5 hours to get right. The instructions were not easy and there was some backtracking with things the wrong way round etc.
