Took my phone in for an insurance repair into the Glasgow store. Whereas they replaced the screen they've left it in a condition which was still faulty and further uses caused further damage. They've accepted no responsibility or responded to a data subject access request.

Avoid the location if you can

I went into the store with some embarrassingly small laptop problems which had been annoying me for some time. Jordan sorted everything really quickly and professionally with no judgement - thank you!

Excellent and speedy service at Halifax Pocket Geek. Had a screen protector fitted and it was prepared by an automated cutting device and expertly fitted.
I also bought a phone case which fitted perfectly.

Took my iPhone 14 in for a replacement screen last year and was very happy with the service, unfortunately dropped it in some water a few months later and I damaged the microphone while trying to dry out the charging port ( compressed air not a good idea ) prior to this the phone has been water resistant. I then unfortunately dropped it in a puddle about 1/2 the depth of the phone and water got in, called them up as the repair was done about 4weeks prior to this and was met by someone not willing to help or there would be a charge for them to have a look at it. Not willing to pay for them to look at something I feel is their fault, won’t go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else.

Excellent service. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite. Replaced my phone screen and fix all problems with the phone. Highly recommended.

Just had my s21 ultra cleaned by Jordan in the Halifax store. Absolutely top bloke no messing about trying to sell anything fixed the phone in 5 to 10 minutes absolutely brilliant experience. Highly recommend. 10 out of 10.

Highest praise for the guys at Pocket Geek Colchester. I've been there before and I was right to return. I needed a new battery for my iPhone and also a power bank to keep me connected while I'm abroad. Super fast service – they said up to two hours for battery replacement but did it in 25 minutes! My cracked screen posed a risk but careful handling meant it didn't break and will last a bit longer :). The guys were very friendly and I'm so happy with the speed and quality of service.
