Pocket Geek Tech Repair Avis 

I was at pocket Geek store in Wimbledon and was seen by Manu.
I had a wonderful experience as he was so helpful in explaining what the issues are.
On collection of my repaiet3d phone, Manu went through all checks ensuring everything is working . He reiterated the policy on issuing the phone for 12 months after repair.
I will recommend this store to anyone.

Had a fantastic experience at the Wimbledon Store on Arthur Road. Manu was incredibly helpful and professional — he fixed the screen on my iPhone 14 Pro Max quickly and efficiently. Same-day repair, completed in under two hours. The service was smooth, fast, and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Took im my Samsung A15 with a broken screen to the Glasgow branch.
Was welcomed with a positive energy and the owner I believe he was very engaging was excellent with kids.
Explained everything made me feel confortable.
Asked me to come back in one hours time and my phone was looking ever so new again.
Thanks alot will be back for the beautiful service which doesnt exist no more.

Manu was super helpful in sorting out my broken screen repair. I’d had a nightmare with both nationwide insurance and then assurant their insurance vendor - unresponsiveness, delays, overpayments not getting returned but when I finally got through to Manu, he was able to fix the screen twice - the prescribed initial screen approved by nationwide didn’t actually work with the iPhone 13 Pro (ridiculous in its self) but when I came back to Manu a few days later he went over and above to get a new (non prescribed) screen which now works perfectly and almost certainly will cause him a lot of hassle in the process.

Highly recommend if you have any phones issues.

The guy on the desk (Ali) in the Glasgow St. Enoch store was very happy to help out. I was called and asked when suited me to come in for my repair, I was accommodated next day and had my phone back in an hour. Very happy, thank you.
