In my opinion a total waste of time
In my opinion a total waste of time. I started a diesel claim through them years ago and still waiting to be paid. Don’t think a payout is ever going to happen? Another site I checked gave them 1.1 star out of 5 with people having a similar experience. Have emailed them a few times and just get told it takes time and to wait. If I’d have known how long it was going to take I’d probably have not bothered!

In spite of being invited to other claim companies, I have stuck with Pogust Goodhead. I am now getting dispondent and don't think my compensation will ever come through. While I appreciate litigation takes a long time, I think I have had my claim in for 4 years and heve little hope of any results. The company has been good at keeping me updated, but I'm not holding out any hope.
