Very poor communication
Very poor communication, overall. It’s been almost 3 years with very little communication.
Today, I received a call from David Horrocks, a Client Care Review Agent at Pogust Goodhead. He explained what has possibly gone wrong with communications between them and me, and I am now satisfied with progress. I will now upgrade my rate of experience to 4 stars. 5 will come when the claim is complete. Thank you for you communication David.

Things seem to be happening.
Starting to keep me informed about my diesel claim after a very slow start (I know it's a long process) with initial consistent problems logging into the emails they kept sending. After contacting them about the issue a few times I eventually managed hear back and to fill in the info they asked for. Since then they have been giving positive feedback on a regular basis and hopefully we will have a positive outcome.
