Honestly thought this was a scam when i came on here but mine arrived earlier today! I'm from the UK and it took about 8 days to get here. Card is really good quality and comes in a little plastic cover as well as a top loader to keep safe. I would recommend to buy the tracked shipping after reading reviews on here because even though i brought that, i only received two emails after purchase and none to say it was out for delivery and nothing to track it with, but it arrived fairly quickly, so i'd say definitely add it on top, it's only about £4.50 extra. Overall really happy with this product and relieved it wasn't a scam!

I'll be honest, I created a Pokecard, paid for shipping... But then read these reviews online. I thought I had been scammed for 10 euros. But to my surprise, it actually arrived yesterday! From Germany to the US in roughly 1 month! Therefore, they promised and they delivered. Great product.

Absolute scam! After making and order and paying, I have not received anything, nor I have heard anything as answer to my emails (only 2 emails given as contact, not a phone number should have been my red flag... and I should have checked here!). What is worse - one of the eails is fowarded to a company with a simlar name which claims they know nothing about my order...
So, use their free configurator- make your custom Pokemon cards and DO NOT ORDER from them! You can print the card for less than EUR 5 at a local print shop on a 300 g. thick quality paper!

Ware wurde bestellt und kam nie an. Keine Rückmeldung auf Nachrichten. Kein Service. Gar nichts. Absoluter Scam!

Has anyone managed to receive a refund?

I ordered from this site and, aside from the initial confirmation email, received no further correspondence. Even when I emailed them about shipping times. Then I looked at the reviews on Trust Pilot (which I should have read before ordering) and have seen all the trouble others have had. It looks like this site might be a scam. I have sent an email to cancel my order, but am sceptical whether this will amount to anything. Has anyone else managed to receive a refund?

Never received the cards or any answer to my mails or calls. I already paid the cards. So absolute so not order anything here. Its fake.

SCAM -- THIS COMPANY IS NOT REAL

We designed a special card for my son's 7th birthday, paid $$ for it and shipping and received a confirmation email. We waited and waited, so I emailed the company to inquire into shippping delays, and no response.

After numerous emails to the company, offering all the requisite information on our purchase order -- STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE AT ALL.

We still have NOT received the Pokecard nor any emails to date.

My son was very sad and this company proved to be a TOTAL SCAM.

Wie bei den vorherigen Bewertungen, habe auch ich weder die erstellte Karte, noch eine Reaktion auf meine zwei Mails erhalten.

Ich habe allerdings nicht so lange gewartet und habe mir jetzt mein Geld über Paypal Käuferschutz zurück geholt. Schade. Denn die Idee hat wirklich Potential und ich hatte mich schon gefreut.

Aber lasst lieber die Finger weg.

Ik heb het ontvangen (zonder tracking), maar het duurde veel langer (1 maand) dan dat ze op hun site vermelden. Het lijkt er ook op dat ze niet reageren op hun support mails. De kaarten kwamen in een enveloppe met een beschermde case.

Hab eine Karte bestellt und nach 3 Wochen war immernoch nichts da, obwohl es heißt 3-5 Tage.
Auf Nachfrage wo die Karte denn bleibt, bekam ich keine Antwort. Hab das Geld über den Paypal käuferschutz zurück bekommen.
Totaler Dreck.

Definetely buy with tracking, is way faster.

They provided no response to 3 emails over the space of a month.

I ordered a card in December, so half a year ago. I paid for the track and trace but never received one. I only received an email that my order was received and one that my order was shipped. I have emailed them multiple times and they have never responded. Even no response after saying that I was going to the police. This website is fake!! If you google the adres it is not a company, if you call the phone number there is no answer..

Listen to the reviews...the good ones, I suspect, are false. I have reached out/emailed 3 times. I spent 2.5 hours creating my perfect design for my neighbors' kids, one of whom passed away, and they are Pokemon superfans. Submitted, paid for tracking. It's been over a month. No response of any kind at all. I'm willing to change this review but I don't understand how service can be this bad.

We ordered a pokemon card, but no delivery. This is indeed a fake webshop.
