Wir haben eine Woche nach Bestellung Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen per Email aufgenommen. Darauf kam aber nie eine Reaktion!
Nachdem wir einen Monat auf die Lieferung gewartet haben, stornierten wir die Bestellung und verlangten unser Geld zurück. Darauf kam auch nie eine Antwort. Sondern stattdessen eine Versandbestätigung.
Absolut unverlässliches Unternehmen!
Karten wurden daraufhin geliefert.
Also erst wenn man eine Stornierung sendet.

Qualität der Karten: man sieht wie die Rundungen der Karten ungleichmäßig ausgeschnitten wurden. Eine Karte ist auf der Rückseite unsymmetrisch ausgeschnitten.
Holo-Effekt ist ganz gut. Die Karten wurden in Schutzhüllen geliefert.

Placed an order, never received shipping and customer support did not reply to my attempted communications.

Ordered on 1st of April and didn‘t receive anything. I wrote them an email - didn‘t get any response to that as well. Horrible service.
I‘m thinking about cancelling and getting my money back as I ordered as a birthday present.

Received the order, & it's fabulous.

Pokecardmaker is a complete waste of time and money. Horrible service, i placed an order well before Christmas, it said "guaranteed before christmas" on their site. I even sent them an email confirming the irder, i heard nothing back for weeks and when i did, i was "we are sorry the problem is on our end" thats it. I requested a refund right there, i didnt hear back for weeks. They said they wouldnt refund my money since the already started the card... which they did not at the time of my request to cancel, on top of that i had asked that they used an exact picture of a ring as a novelty to ask my girlfriend to marry me with. They drew a picture of the ring in what looks like microsoft paint, it looked awful. I have already asked so the card is no longer needed. Still they're refusing to give me my money back the communication from this group is nothing short of trash. They will take your money not talk to you for weeks to months, this is still ongoing. All i want is my money back but since they like to play games this is the action I'm going to take. STAY AWAY. ITS A SCAM.

They said they shipped it 14th December. It arrived almost 1 month later. Now who knows what happened. Too long of a wait, but let's set that aside. I wrote them an email. No response. To this date. Now to the review of the product. The card had the picture and text I requested. But it was more scratched up than actually played Pokémon cards. Feels like they took a card that was played with for years and years and somehow scraped the picture and added the ordered one. I've never seen a "new" product, look this worn down. I'd respect this company a lot more if they actually apologised for the wrongdoings. But no. I recommend everyone to stay clear of this website, however enticing it might seem. There are other companies who deliver this, and it can't be any worse.
