Just back from a wonderful week at Ali Bey resort organised by PSO. 🎾
From the moment I sent the first enquiring e-mail to meeting us in reception at 5am on our departing day to make sure we are safely on our transport on way to the airport, nothing was too much effort for Zuhal and Yusuf. They were wonderful hosts, organising all the tennis lessons, booking tables for dinner so everyone can get together to recommending day trips.
The resort provided everything we needed for travelling with children. Our 10 and 13 year old enjoyed the water park, beach and the heated swimming pool. 🌊☀️

Just got back from a wonderful tennis holiday at the Alibey Resort. Zuhal and Yusef looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you both so much and I will certainly be returning back there with you.

Just returned from another absolutely fantastic holiday with PSO (our 5th holiday with them) The resort is beautiful, gorgeous beach, lovely food and great facilities. However, the shining stars on the holidays are always Zuhal and Yusuf Polat and the amazing coaches. Nothing is too much effort for the Polats. From organising everyone’s individual requirements or just to meet up in the evening for a well deserved cocktail. The coaches, Scott and Tash, were brilliant. They tailored each session to the abilities of the group making everyone feel more positive and confident in their tennis ability. No mean feat with my tennis!

Excellent hosted tennis week at Ali Bey Sorgum. Zuhul and Jusef great company and very professional and made a special club tennis break at a busy resort - even holding restaurant tables for us and arranging a special last evening meal. Recommended

PSO are extremely professional- planning, communications and delivery are exceptional. We had door to door service with many personal touches along the way. The choice of resort for service, accommodation, food, sport and leisure facilities was second to none. Zuhal and Josef made it seamless for us, including making up even numbers on court to ensure our drills worked best, both also being great tennis players!

Fantastic week in AliBey, hotel was excellent from the accommodation to the food and the expectional staff. The tennis courts are perfect with everything you need onsite.
Zuhal was a superb host looking after all our needs.
Would highly recommend this to all .

Zuhal from PSO provided us with a first class service from the moment we booked, through to support with travel arrangements and continuing on even after we arrived in resort for our holiday. The quality and professionalism we received were second to none. Communication was excellent and timely and we cannot fault a thing. Our holiday was superb and we would not hesitate to use PSO again. We would recommend without hesitation.
