I bought the digital version as I’m in Australia. It was easy to download and save. I love it. It is easy to follow, pictures help me know exactly what do. It’s great that I don’t need to think about what training I’ll do as it has grouped exercises I just have to follow. It has off the pole and on pole conditioning. Fantastic purchase and well priced.

It already helped me a lot in my pole journey. The videos are well structured and easy to follow. There is a great variaty of themes and styles. All coaches explain the moves well and also possible mistakes. I'm really looking forward to make more progress 💪🏻

I've had my PPA Gold membership for about three months. I could not be more happy. Absolutely top notch. I have subscribed to many online pole platforms before this one, but was always frustrated for one reason or another. PPA is very human, kind and down to earth. The classes are easy to follow and often leave me wanting more, and I often do more than planned. The variations of classes working on different areas of the body and different durations means you can do that quite comfortably. The planner helps me keep to my goals and completing in advance means I'm never left clueless after a busy day. I am currently on the Off the Pole plan. My core strength has come along very quickly and this is helping me in day to day life, I didn't realise my core had become so lazy until I started noticing life getting easier. I hope to start on the full pole work after completion of my first 12 weeks. Thanks Team PPA!

The structure of classes/skills is brilliant I love being able to train at home and not have to worry about others or having to wait my turn they are always happy to help with questions and if I’m unsure of things so the added personal touch is amazing and love that I can go at my own pace and in my own space

I’ve been practicing pole for 6 years now, and the last 2 years I had to practice on my own in my house. I was having a hard time trying to come up with new ideas, figures, combos and I didn’t see a lot of progress. I decided to purchase the pole trick cards cause I think is a fun way of learning new figures and tricks and continue my progress in pole.

The instructions are so clear and move at a natural pace for growth. I can bounce between multiple styles of workouts and move at a pace that fits my insane schedule and health problems. It's as close as I can find to actually taking a class at a studio.

I've been a gold member for about a month now and right from the start I was really excited! There are so much structured lessons you can follow. But I started with UPP. I've had lessons in studios before, but they teached me the wrong way (teaching an invert in just the first lesson for example). But now I'm learning how to build strenght en engage my shoulders, so the moves are looking so much better and I'm feeling stronger and more confident. I'm looking forward to building up strenght and mastering the moves!

I joined PPA a month ago now. I haven’t done pole since I had to give up for medical reasons over 6 years ago. Now I’m able, I’ve started again from the beginning. I’ve been going to the odd class in my nearest town, but felt I wanted more structured lessons, more often, at home. So I joined PPA and started UPP. The lessons are easy to follow, and explained perfectly by Holly. There are monthly challenges (I’ve just completed my first one!). I’m also working my way through the A-Z of pole moves. What a difference it has made to my pole journey and the support I’ve received has been second to none! I’ve messaged loads of times with various (daft) questions. And Leanne has responded with nothing but care, compassion and encouragement! This in my book is everything! If you’re looking for somewhere to start your pole journey/or even something more than you’re getting right now, then this is for you. I highly recommend Pole Power Academy!

I've been a member for a few months now and I have to say the personal support is amazing. I was expecting an online program where I'd work through the videos on my own, but it's not like that at all. The team's dedication is incredible; they really make you feel like you have a real pole dance teacher who cares about you. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! 😉

I bought the Intermediate pole book and it’s absolutely great! It’s so detailed and structured! Also with motivational quotes which add a personal touch. It’s absolutely full with tricks and it guides you through a real training journey that you can take in your own hands. It arrived super quick with a personal note in it :) highly recommended!

I’m an absolute beginner. I have recently joined a pole and fitness studio.

I am finding the pdfs very helpful. I try a beginner’s trick in class and back home I check on how I should have done it and the exercises that could help me to perfect my technique.
