I bought the Intermediate pole book and it’s absolutely great! It’s so detailed and structured! Also with motivational quotes which add a personal touch. It’s absolutely full with tricks and it guides you through a real training journey that you can take in your own hands. It arrived super quick with a personal note in it :) highly recommended!

I’m an absolute beginner. I have recently joined a pole and fitness studio.

I am finding the pdfs very helpful. I try a beginner’s trick in class and back home I check on how I should have done it and the exercises that could help me to perfect my technique.

Love love love PPA. I have achieved more in the 2 weeks with the Gold membership than I have achieved in 1 year with in person classes. I’ve never been able to do a back bend/bridge, and after just 3 classes I was able to push up into a bridge without assistance. I will be a lifetime member! GO JOIN NOW!

I am so happy i got to know PPA! I used to go to a place and do pole lessons there but it was hard finding time to go and workout there, si i stopped. But since i started using PPA lessons i can it all from home and its not just pole! I work on my flexibillity and strength, do yoga... a veraity of options! I enjoy it so much and i got simeone that halp me with accuntability and try to help if im not mannaging, so its not a qeustion PPA was the right thing for me and i highly recomand it!!! Give it a try you will not regret

Started up pole again after a very long break, I was anxious about going into a class's so this online membership seemed a better option, I was right! The amount of support from the staff and other members is amazing, the classes are very clear and easy to follow, if I dont understand I can always go back and rematch as much as I need, honestly feel like me again and I am getting my confidence back so quickly, im really happy I made the decision to do it from home!

The cards are a good use for practising. I used them for the first time with my friend.

I attend pole dance classes in studio in Italy, but use the Pole Trick Brooks as help to understand poses I find difficult to achieve.
Sometimes trying a different approach compared to what I get in classes really makes the difference!
I appreciate also the motivating sentences :))

Power Pole

I just bought the physical copy of the Power Pole Academy Beginner 1 book and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It clearly demonstrates in pictures how to do moves and it’s super helpful to see the breakdowns, names and tracking if I mastered a move on both the left and right sides. It saves a lot of time vs rewatching and pausing videos over and over to find the breakdowns online.

I especially appreciate the attention to good form to avoid injuries and develop good habits early on. I developed some bad habits that weren’t fixed / addressed in crowded pole classes that I need to work on undoing.

The book even has some motivational uplifting quotes, which I super appreciate! I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those who are starting out with pole and keep forgetting the names of moves and what grips to use for each move!

Great posters! Easy to print with tons of motivational moves

My name is Hannah Giulia Aschei and I am a pole dance instructor.
I purchased these posters today in PDF format and the quality of the files is excellent. I think I will print them myself and hang them on the door of my pole dance studio.
I also chose to keep the PDF version because I would like to send the files to my students, so they can have them too and print them on their own to keep at home. In a way, it became a small Christmas gift for my students.
My review is extremely positive. I truly support this project and I believe that Kelly Morgan represents the right mindset: doing things in a clean, technical and mindful way. With the right approach, it is possible to achieve great results, even at a basic or intermediate level. ❤️

Wonderful! Super helpful guides, the posters are GREAT, and customer service was really really fantastic.

PPA is way more comfortable and cheerful than my one-side studio before. I have struggles with my weight and strength, but the Videos and Kelly's explanations are clear and easy to understand. The menu is well-structured and the membership offers so many opportunities to training, discovery and inspiration. PPA is a great asset for my progress!

I purchased the Pole Power Academy flash cards for learning pole tricks, and I absolutely love them. The cards are very well organized, clear, and easy to follow, making them perfect for both beginners and more advanced students.

Each trick is explained in a simple and practical way, which helps a lot when training independently or reviewing moves outside of class. The visuals are great, and the progression makes sense, helping build strength, technique, and confidence safely.

They’ve become an essential part of my pole training routine. I highly recommend Pole Power Academy flash cards to anyone who wants to improve their pole skills in a structured and effective way.

I have been a silver member of PPA for 4 weeks now and it's absolutely brilliant. They have a huge amount of online pole classes, stretch classes, flow classes etc. I sometimes find it difficult to to go to in-person pole classes and I can struggle to keep up so the online classes have been perfect for me. I can learn at home in my own time, and go over the videos when needed. Also everything is explained really well and in so much detail. There is an accountability section too and also the members group is super friendly and supportive. Thankyou PPA :)

Pole power academy has been a god send to supplement my weekly pole class. The app is laid out clearly and you can work on progressing easily. Unfortunately I don’t have a pole at home but the pole classes look good and you could definitely use this to learn to pole dance. Thank you for making a pole specific app that aids my training beautifully.

I’ve been with pole power academy for 3 years now, and love it the lessons are easy to follow and laid out so everything is easy to find!
I recently bought the trick cards and have to say they’re amazing, fantastic quality great instructions on the back, and make putting a combo together so much fun! I would definitely recommend these so it your thinking about getting them do it, you won’t be disappointed!

I bought the Higher Intermediate Pole Tricks book and really appreciate the step by step instructions and photos. Very clear and very easy to follow.

This book I have been looking for. I like that gave all exercises organised by the level of experience, it is very important!
