I would give negative stars if possible due to nothing but customer service. On 6-3-26 i purchased a cue for my wife. Called in before i made purchase to ensure it will be here before the 10th. On 6/4 i look for the first time for est delivery. Ups states due to a issue a delay occured. No date of delivery,nor location provided. I email customer service explain the issue and ask if when they shipped if shipper provided the est and if so please lmk. So i get a response. They have no idea and cant find out now. But tomorrow afternoon the 5th of june. Call rhe number snd let them know and they will reach out to a rep at ups they have contact info for. Still im not even mad

Funnt the same one who sctually told me to call did he fix the issue. No the mofo doubled down saying none of the man child temper tamper occured. Even when i offered to send him a email of my cctv system and records audio and video
He refused. I tell him im done. Cancel my order. Refund me. That was the fifth. Of june its the 13t lh the funds are still not returned. I opened a case with visa for refusual to follow required policy for issue of returns. I decided im not done

Keven. And send him all tbe details and ask him to issue rhe refund.and offer the email with cctv file so he may witness his all stars in action. He doesnt even say yes or no. Does not process refund only says heres a free 25 dollar gc for a peace offer. Dude must be thick i spent almost a hunded more buying the same cue from a diffent retailer
To not deal with these guys. I have now paid for 2 cues and the refund is not evem processed at sll but my new cue for my wife will arrive monday
