I bought my pool table online through their website and was directed to this Norcross, GA store. The service was impeccable and Chris helped to assure me that despite not seeing the pool table in person, the quality would be there. I purchased the Bridgeport table and once it was installed via their white glove service, the table looked 1000 times better in person. The quality of the hardwood and just the table in general was amazing. My husband loves it so much, it was his surprise Christmas gift. He started playing right away. By the way, Chris from the Norcross store assisted me with the purchase and he made it so easy and seamless. Thank you guys. I would 100% recommend this store and pooltables.com.

Everything from placing the order online, to the order confirmation call the very next day to schedule the delivery. Jonathan was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he explained the whole process and was happy to answer all the questions I had. This is our first table and it looks absolutely amazing. Definitely you have to go with the white glove installation, and although is a different company (Billiard Service Masters) they work and provide their service like one company. Jason (installer) was very helpful and gave us a great walk-through on how to take care of our investment. Another thing is that you have to take care of the empty boxes but it was clearly explained upfront and there were no surprises. Definitely a client for life and will recommend to anyone!

Excellent easy install and high quality

I bought an outdoor pool table from their Houston location for my patio. The quality of the table is solid. I’ve received a lot of positive responses as it appears to be wood but it’s actually made of aluminum. The water proof felt is terrible for anyone who shoots regularly. (I wish I had shot on one before purchasing.) I paid $4000.00 for the table with installation. The balls they give you for such a pricey tables are terrible. The cue leaves burn marks all over the table & it’s incredibly hard to get English between the felt & cheap balls. The installer is a sub contractor who pool table.com has no control over. It took four appointments to finally get them out to install the table. Original price $4000
New standard felt. $300
Good cue ball. $25
Customer service? Not so much. If I had it to do over again, I would have bought somewhere else.

Update: pooltables.com main office contacted me and bent over backwards to make things right. They are concerned with their customer’s satisfaction.

This company is 100% legit. Great Tables for great prices. Awesome customer service. Do no hesitate to buy from them. We are so happy with our pool table. White glove installation was worth every penny!

The customer service was great, and we got our felt two days earlier than they said we would.

Quality was better then I had expected but the color shade was disappointing. I viewed pecan which seemed like a medium tone. The pecan color that I received was multiple tones darker then what I had expected. If it was one more tone darker I wouldn’t be able to see any wood grain.

Staples are coming out of pocket where it attaches to table. Not a good thing.

Excellent value, excellent service. That was my experience with pooltables.com. I was surprised to be contacted by both e-mail and phone to make sure my order was right. The installation was superb and my family is enjoying the new table. The best part for me was watching the installer work and asking questions on construction, slate, felt, etc. He answered all of my questions and I learned a lot about my new table.

I ordered a free standing cue rack, and it arrived as ordered. Very nice looking, solid, and easy to assemble. Very happy with it.

From start to finish no issues or worries. I got a call about an hour after order was placed and the was walked through the process and when and how the table would arrive. I would recommend the white glove service when ordering. Yes a little expensive but well worth it. Very professional and was in and out in no time with all residue cleaned up and taken away. Purchased an 8 ft Spencer Marston table it is beautiful. Ordering the table on-line was very easy. Follow-up from the corporate office about the order and the installation process was fantastic. Then when the installer arrived he was great. He explained the quality of the pool table and pointed out features different from other tables. He walked me thru the leveling process. Everything about the purchase experience was great!

I have to admit I was nervous about ordering a pool table online. The prices were unbelievable low and I couldn't help but think "you get what you pay for". I took the plunge anyway and so did my brother-in-law. We ordered the same table and he received his first. He called me when the installer was done and told me we made a great purchase. He was right, my table is gorgeous, so well built, and the installer they sent was awesome. Great experience and we love love love our new tables!
