The technician was earlier than expected and changed my tire very quickly. Top notch service

On September 13, 2025, at 3:01 PM, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, I had a flat tire. Simple fix, right? Wrong answer! My nationwide roadside assistance sent this company. First, a lady who couldn't get the lug nuts off. Then, they sent a man who stripped my lug nuts and still couldn't change the tire because Pop-A-Lock doesn't use a power wrench; it's against their policy, I was told. My lug nuts were swollen. Hey Pop-A-Lock, you are aware they sell half-inch sockets to accommodate swollen lug nuts that you can use with a ratchet. Three hours and they did absolutely nothing to assist me. Poor service and inadequate equipment.

Michael came to our residence in a timely manner. He was able to cut the key for my 2010 Honda Accord. I would highly recommend Pop-A-Lock/Michael for the best affordable service.

Absolute theft from popalock, we were quoted $65 plus a trip fee as we were in the country but only 30 min from Dallas, tx. When the tech arrived, we asked again how much and the tech said let me make certain I can open it first. After opening he presented a bill for $454.65 - $250 for the lock, $100 for the tech's labor and $50 for a trip fee. I've used popalock in town before and it was $65, but i will break the window before giving this dishonest company another cent!

I am located in Tallahassee and I called Pop a Lock at 9:00 this morning. They told me they would be at the address I provided in 40 minutes. I received a text message at 9:13 stating they were on their way an hour later they were still not there. When I called they told me that my call had been canceled because they did not service the area. And oops! Nobody called to tell me.

Does not keep appointments. 3 times did not keep appointment and even failed to get back to me the last time he did NOT show. Never trust him

This is a terrible company.I asked for a service key cut.They said they would call with quote.I called them at 0914. Did not hear back so I called at 1118 .they said service was slow.At 9:00 pm some one called and they said they would be through.They were a no show.I called customer service and they were terrible.You should not have to put up with this for a service.Do not use these guys!!!!!
