CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE
I paid for a neon sign from this company ($675.00 / Confirmation #TIR6C855K) and it posted on my credit card statement June 22, 2025. As I write this, (July 24, 2025), I have received NO sign, nor any correspondence from them since I placed the order. Nor have they responded to multiple attempts requestiing information. There is no customer service phone number to be found. Their website says 'ships in 6-7 days'. Quality of their product appears to be good, but I cannot offer an actual comment on that because I've never seen one in person! Going to Citi to open a case and demand a refund.

Product is trash. No guarantee!
This website is saying they use authentic materials and how quality their products are. My sign arrived in pieces. I don't think it was from shipping. It looked to be terrible quality. When I reached out they ignored me for weeks. Then I finally got a reply that said no refunds. Even though their website shows refunds. Looking back at their site it shows 5 star rating which is not true. And a large "Satisfaction Guarantee" which is also a lie.

Love My Reddy Kilowatt Sign
There are some negative reviews here about this business. I am going to vouch for the owner of this small business.
A week after I placed my order, I had no shipping info. I contacted the business via email on a Friday evening. The owner responded back on Monday morning informing me that the machine used for manufacturing my sign was being repaired. The owner kept me informed about the delivery and I received my sign last week. I would definitely purchase from Porcelain Advertising again!

I still have not received my Paw-Paw Fishing Lure sign which I ordered before the Shelby sign. Already missed Father’s Day and am very disappointed. Please check on my order and advise.

Although, we would’ve appreciated the opportunity to address the issue with you; we don’t want anyone to have a negative experience.
We would’ve been happy to resolve this issue with you and provided a replacement if you reached out.
But, we didn’t have the opportunity to speak with you; so, we went ahead and refunded your purchase in full.
As a small business your reviews impact us in a big way. That’s not an excuse for anything because we ALWAYS have and always will do right by our customers.
I just say it because although I understand the situation can be frustrating especially when tracking shows delivered; we never would’ve allowed you to lose anything or made you deal with it on your own.
This business is everything to us and it hurts to know you had a poor experience but it hurts even more not getting the chance to make it right

Ordered a sign and the next day USPS…
Ordered a sign and the next day USPS provided tracking. Over a week later, USPS still does not have the sign. I contact them and they say it shipped. Next day they decide to reship. I email and then they say it's out of stock. I requested a refund and no reply. Contacted my bank to file a claim. These guys are scammers. Don't buy from them.

We’re a small business and we’re always transparent about our shipping timelines. We don’t claim to be Amazon—we can’t ship the next day—but we do take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted products and providing clear communication throughout the process.
In this case, the customer demanded tracking just two days after ordering, then immediately threatened a chargeback. As stated in our policy, once a chargeback is threatened, we halt shipment and issue a full refund to avoid further issues. That refund was processed and confirmed in writing.
Despite receiving the full refund, the customer still proceeded with the chargeback the next day.
Calling us scammers after being fully refunded—and then filing a chargeback anyway—is not only unfair, it’s misleading to others. We stand behind our products, our policies, and our integrity. We’re always happy to work with respectful customers who reach out in good faith.

Beautiful product. Looks realistically genuine as an original antique. I like that it has porcelain on top- durable. My husband was thrilled which makes me thrilled. He should be thrilled on his 70th birthday, don’t you think? Glad we found you!

Your timeline is incorrect. I allowed you four full business days to simply acknowledge my order/payment and provide shipping date or production status before my first inquiry.
Business 101. Customer places order/pays in advance, and thankful business owner timely acknowledges order/payment and provides status.

Placed order and paid via credit card 5/26/2025.
By 5/30/2025 I'd received no shipping date or tracking number. Follow up phone calls, emails and text messages did not elicit a response. Still no response by 5/31/2025, until after I disputed credit card charge.
In that the sign was intended as a birthday gift, which I would need to receive by 6/12/2025 to gift, and no anticipated delivery date or other communication was forthcoming, I moved in a different direction.

Hi Al, you placed an order over Memorial Day Weekend, 2-days later you called and emailed demanding tracking information and threatening to file a chargeback with the credit card company.
Your order was being processed and was on schedule to ship within our stated timeframe. Also, at any point in time, you are free to cancel your order and receive a full refund. It’s understandable if the timeframe doesn’t work due to being a gift and had you told us any of this we would’ve done everything we could to get it to you. You didn’t.
However, you threatened to file a dispute with your credit card company and as a small business we can’t take that risk.
Your order was cancelled and we provided a full refund which you were notified about. Then you continued to file a dispute for a charge you already had confirmation of being refunded.
I understand being eager to receive your product but we’re not a massive retailer capable of delivering products the next day. Nor, do we promise to do so.
We make high quality signs by hand and enamel is extremely frustrating to work with; each sign takes multiple steps over several days to complete.
I don’t understand why you feel the need to attack our business and make claims you know aren’t true in an attempt to hurt us.
We did everything right. We always will.

This site is a scam. I placed the order and my package showed it was being delivered. Then an empty box arrived. I tried contacting them and nobody replied. Tried for a week. porcelainadvertising.com is a huge scam. Terrible experience. How are they getting away with this!
