Missing tablet
I ordered a Metrel DeltaPAT 3309BT Pro Print Kit. When the kit arrived it was missing the tablet was meant to be included in the kit.
I emailed the office to notify them of the error and received no reply. I then called the support number and was assured that the Manager would call me back as they were in a meeting. A few hour later after not receiving a return phone call I rang the support number again. This time I was able to speak with the Manager who said he would have to investigate the matter with the warehouse staff as to what went wrong.
I am awaiting for a phone call from the Manager tomorrow. Hopefully to arrange shipment of the rest of what I paid for.
I have since received a phone call from the Manager. He sent me the missing tablet. He also assured me that the problem at the warehouse filling orders has been fixed.

Thanks for posting this and we're genuinely sorry for the hassle - missing part of a kit isn’t acceptable, especially when you’ve already followed it up.
The tablet is meant to be included with the Delta Pro Print Kit (as a special), so something’s clearly gone wrong at our end. We’ve tried to track this down internally, but we can’t see your order details from the review alone.
If you can please call us on 1300 656 938, or email sales@portableappliancetesters.com.au and reference this review, we’ll pick it up straight away and make sure the missing tablet is sorted without any further chasing on your side.

Batteries In the Metrel DeltaPAT 3309…
Batteries In the Metrel DeltaPAT 3309 BT do not last the 10 hours as claimed, our new unit was only lasting 10 minutes, batteries were getting hot and losing connection to the printer. 14 day refund from delivery is not sufficient if you purchase a unit in preparation for a test due date, enter all of the customer equipment data manually(no upload function on this unit) and then take it to site and it fails in 3 key areas.
1. Battery Life on PAT 3309 BT FAILED. 10 mins
2. Battery Life on Printer 24VDC battery FAILED 2mins.
3. GODEX RT200 Printer software fault and Bricked itself after 40 tags. No comms to tester
4. Batteries were indicating fully charged after overnight charging.
Obviusly this unit was not quality tested prior to delivery. This has wasted our valuable time and money.

Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We understand how frustrating it is when equipment doesn’t perform as expected, especially when you’re up against a test deadline.
After the kit was delivered and used, our support team worked through the issues with you across several emails and calls. The printer and batteries are covered under warranty, and we asked for the unit to be returned so it could be properly assessed and rectified. You also confirmed that you were happy to send the kit back for inspection and repair.
The kit hasn’t yet been assessed by our technicians, so we’re unable to determine the cause of the battery or printer issues until that process is completed. We’re more than happy to continue working through this with you, have everything checked and resolved under warranty, and provide any additional troubleshooting assistance needed to get things moving as quickly as possible.
If you’d like to proceed, please send the unit back as discussed or contact us directly and we’ll make sure it’s followed up promptly.

Just finished my Test and Tag course and the training with Mark J was Great! Mark was very knowledgeable and patient and also approachable when i was stuck with anything when had any questions.
The course itself was very extensive but very also very informative. It covered and I learnt alot more then what i was anticipating.
