PortaSauna | The Portable Sauna Avis

From start to finish communication was simple and easy. Super quick delivery and an amazing product put the sauna up by the local river and had a blast. Would highly recommend porta sauna 👌

Their customer service is non-existing. No replies, no callbacks. Are they really trying to run a business?

Awful customer service, reported a faulty shower and they won't reply to the messages. Opened a charge back with my bank.

Comfortable sauna at home that is easy to set up and use. What's not to like. Taking it to Leeds to help my nephew to recover after his first Iron-man. Family and friends seem to be visiting more frequently than before. Roll on the Winter here in the Yorkshire Dales.

From start to finish , Harry and his team have been superb with communication, guidance and customer service.
Thank you in

Great communication throughout the process to determine which PortaSauna was best for me and my family. The product is exactly as described and we have loved using it multiple times a week.

Superb product , if you are serious about health and wellness this is a must buy …brilliant service from Harry , Jordan and team would highly recommend

Great experience of purchasing the KABIN PortaSauna. Excellent information on the website and great customer service. Delivery was fast - arrived within 48hrs from order time. Quality is very good and well packaged.

These guys are great, great customer service and very helpful. We run The Conscious Self and these guys have been extremely big part of our wellness experiences!

Great set up, easy to get up and down and lots of instructions available to watch through. Gets nice and warm!

Great team to deal with, very friendly, and also a great product

This is a lovely item. Very well constructed, quality materials and very effective sauna. Highly revommended

Was super excited from the purchasing of the portasauna the whole process from the ordering to the delivery even the set up went smoothly. The service from portasauna was fantastic.
Just loving life with my new portasauna.

Really prompt delivery and a great product with all you need included

Amazing quality and very speedy delivery! Got an upgrade from my small lumi pod and I cannot fault the Plunge cube! Keeps the water cold too which is a bonus!

Portasauna was at the Metrix Event in London. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, and it was sooo good to use the plunge and sauna after the comp!

I couldn’t be happier with PortaSauna. The team went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with everything and have provided continued support. The product is excellent and has received outstanding feedback from all who have tried it. I’d encourage you to make the purchase !

This was the first time I had ever experienced cold water like this (it was absolutely freezing!!) and Morgan was amazing at guiding me through my time in the plunge pool. His encouragement and expertise made me feel safe during my experience.

I went to one of PortaSauna’s events and it was brilliant. It was my first time trying a sauna and an ice bath before and all of the staff were brilliant, they were super friendly and showed me how to do everything. I would highly recommend this to everyone!
