DANGER!
I signed up for the 7-day trial. I cancelled within that period. After several emails I even received a confirmation that I would not be charged. Alas, they have now charged me in each of the last two months. I have filed disputes with my credit card company, but that too is a painful process. :(

I had high expectations from…

I had high expectations from PortfolioPilot, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the hype. The platform feels overly generic and didn’t provide insights that were meaningfully different from information I could find elsewhere for free.

The interface is not very intuitive, and I found it confusing to navigate between features. Some of the recommendations felt vague and not well-explained, which made it hard to trust the guidance being given.

Customer support was also slow to respond, and when they did, the answers felt canned rather than tailored to my actual questions. For a product that positions itself as a smart, data-driven tool, I expected a much more polished and user-friendly experience.

Overall, it might work for beginners, but for anyone looking for deeper analysis or personalized insights, it was not worth the time or cost in my opinio

Smart recommendations but you keep control

Recently learned about this AI financial advisor. I have very bad experiences with human financial advisors. My 1st one put 30% of my portfolio in tech against my wishes 2 months before the dot-com crash. Next one only wanted to manage my portfolio if I sold my Apple and Google stock 20 years ago… The app gives me unbiased advise but I keep control. I happen to have experience with Machine Learning models (AI) and that is what they use. Nice UI and common sense recommendations.

I've used it for a few months

I've used it for a few months. Nice idea but not ready for prime time yet.

Update 9/26: I have been sending emails to customer support since 9/21 and so far no response. I need assistance with canceling my subscription. I am unable to cancel it based on the instructions they offer.

Found the service to be underwhelming…

Found the service to be underwhelming and don't take the trial membership. The trial is extremely difficult to cancel. You think your canceled and then you will be billed and support was no help in processing my requested refund. An all around poor experience.

A great start that will benefit from further refinement

I love the platform’s intent; it fills a huge vacuum in the industry. However, the interface and ease of use need further refinement for the platform to fulfill its potential. Excited to see how things evolve.

Bad advice all dressed up as AI

I have found this service to be severely lacking. The investment suggestions have been terrible - -instant money losers like GNR and STRIPS have cost me multiple thousands of dollars. It suggested buying RING after the run up and before a small correction. It suggests I buy 156,000 of Zoom, which i frankly can't believe is the best stock idea right now.

Even the portfolio analysis is off. For one thing, it doesn't correctly track my AVUV fund as small cap. That's a no brainer that points to other basic issues under the hood.

The YouTube's on how to get the most out of Portfolio Pilot are similarly weak. I had hopes for this product, but they have not been borne out.
