Extremely satisfied!

I have used POSH for 10 months and I couldn't be more thankful for the help and value they brought to my company. I received great feedback from customers for the service received and POSH assisted my clients in an exceptional way. I merged with a bigger agency and POSH services are not required, but definitely will keep them in mind if I go into a new venture. Very happy and satisfied with POSH and will recommend them 100%!

Like many brands, we use email campaigns as a channel to market. However, if the services we offer are not relevant, please feel free to contact us directly and we can ensure you are removed from any data records. Alternatively, there is the option to “opt out” of further communication. We would be very happy to show you how to manage this. We would also like to check there is no confusion with another company that uses the same 4 letters of Posh in their brand name?

I’ve used this service for a year and…

I’ve used this service for a year and it works great for my events business. The process was easy to set up and all of my business calls go straight to Posh for answering and we get an immediate text and email with the message. They have a great app as well.

First

First, I've been with Posh for a number of years and have been happy with the service. The onboarding was easy, making changes has been easy, and once in place, I haven't had to think about the service. I can focus on running other aspects of my business. Today there was a glitch in the system and I made a quick call to support. Ericka was fantastic. She identified the issue and offered to put me on hold so that she could find a resolution. I suggested that she could email or call me back because I knew things would get taken care of. I saw a couple tests come through so I knew that she was on it. Next, got an email that the issue had been resolved and they gave me a credit without me even asking. Totally happy with not just the phone service, I'm also happy how things get handled if something needs to be addressed.

The help and service I never realized I needed.

I have never used this type of service before. Posh made it very easy to transition into this service. It has helped with my time management and efficiency in completing my work. I like having a real person answer the phone. The feedback from my clients is that they like it too.

We are finding that it is not as smooth…

We are finding that it is not as smooth when the VA are collecting the information. The patch through is great and its nice to have someone be answering the phone all the time. But it would be nice if it was more of a natural conversation feel when they are collecting name, phone number, email before patching through the calls
