Ordered a kilo of gummy sweets but too many were hard sugary ones not gummy ,disappointed as other orders have been very good

As this was my first time ordering it was easy and straightforward to find the items that I wanted to order, and delivery was 4-5 days and still hasn't been delivered, contacted customer services and the lady was very helpful that they will contact Royal mail on Monday and hopefully they can chase the order up and get the items delivered

Ordered last Thursday, Paid £5 delivery. Emailed to ask when they would be dispatched in which I got told was being dispatched First thing Monday morning, Following Thursday asked for tracking as still hadn’t received and the tracking number they gave me showed they literally had just been dispatched so they were never dispatched Monday like said and if I hadn’t of emailed they probably wouldn’t have even sent them. Ordered from a different sweet company the same day I ordered from these and they came the next day, Poor service!

The ordering process was so haphazard that I didn't even know if the order had gone through? Especially when it took ages to get to me. And when it did, all the sweets had come out of the bag and were rattling around in the box. For what I paid, I expected better service.

I enjoyed the sweets. I did find a different sweet in one bag though and a little expensive for the amount of contents.

I love these sweets you can buy in smaller quantities ( especially if you're diabet)and every so often you feel like something sweet you can't buy them in local shops i love the liquotes ones I would definitely recommend this online sweet shop

Amazing sweets we'll worth the money

I ordered some sweets and when the package arrived I was initially quite disappointed as the packet was split in the box. I emailed PostedSweets not really expecting anything to be done, but they acknowledged my problem and sent another packet free of charge. I couldn’t have asked for a speedier resolution.

Some really great bargains on sweeties to be had here.

A great selection, good prices and a swift delivery.
