Excellent customer service
I ordered some sweets and when the package arrived I was initially quite disappointed as the packet was split in the box. I emailed PostedSweets not really expecting anything to be done, but they acknowledged my problem and sent another packet free of charge. I couldn’t have asked for a speedier resolution.

As Good As Originals
Sweets are just as good as the originals. Pity some are no longer available in 1 kilo bags. The box they arrived in looked a bit worse for wear. More sticky tape was needed as couriers never take notice of the word fragile! Will be ordering again.

Arrived quickly, was short on one item but got in touch and answered me fast and sent the item out straight away. Really pleased sweets are exactly what they show. Would recommend.

Disappointed with selection
I got a 50% discount for 8kg. One misread Groupon voucher was used
I received a mixture but not much of my liking. It felt it was what was left that they couldn’t get rid off.
I got small bottles of drink which I didn’t realise I would get, not nice at all
I’ve enjoyed a few things but don’t think it’s worth around £50 and that’s half price
