My credit card was used fraudulently on a purchase with this company and when I asked for help somebody called Kim just sent back ‘LOL’
Do not use this company as the customer service and fraud prevention service is non existent

Product excellent and very swift delivery once dispatched (which did take some time BUT customer service was responsive and very good in the front)

I received the wrong poster. I need a refund

Sent me a 10% refund after the first order code didn't work, which was helpful. Some companies might've wriggled out of it somehow. Good comms, great product. Would definitely recommended.

Awful customer services - Item has still not arrived they just keep sending me a tracking number that states a label has been created cant find out if its shipped or not - wont be using these again ! awful

Quality of poster ordered was fantastic however arrived with a small typo, Luke on customer service was prompt and professional in sourcing a resend - will definitely be ordering again from here

Really great quality posters for quite a good price considering they're made to order.

Unfortunately one came with a slightly wrong album picture but their customer service is very good.

Rubbish, took too long to come which i suppose it somewhat not their fault but the quality of the posters is very low and the cut out is not perfect, I can see un even white outlines on the posters. Quite overpriced and clearly have used ai to do a terrible job of enhancing the images.

FANTASTIC! I could not find a next day delivery option and messaged to see if I could sort it. Luke could not have been more helpful! I ordered late on the Monday - it arrived Wednesday morning, framed and looking fantastic! Luke was responsive and brilliant - he deserves a pay rise! The poster is brilliant and the frame is great too! Thank you SO much! Definitely recommend!

Ordered on the 18th of April, was told it was 3-5 business days delivery time. As of 4th of May, I still have not received my order

The print is pretty much exactly what you would expect from the picture, however it is on the more expensive side.

Received my 3 posters, ordered frames from elsewhere. The posters themselves are of great quality, text looks clear and sharp from far and close up, images high quality, content accurate, good pricing but ordering multiple large framed posters can get a bit expensive. I LOVE the custom poster idea, nice and easy and came out exactly what the way I wanted. Overall, definitely happy and will order for myself again.

These posters are fantastic quality. They arrived sooner than I thought which was great as I'd left it a little late to order as a gift. Well packaged so as not to get damaged during transportation. Will definitely order from here again.
