The estimated delivery timeframe for your order was 03/09/2026 - 07/09/2026, and your parcel was delivered on 02/09/2026, so it actually arrived earlier than expected. As all our products are made to order and shipped from Germany, production and delivery can take a little longer.
Regarding the print on the artwork: Posterlounge offers artwork from international artists, art agencies and licensors. The copyright information visible on the product is a legally required reference to the respective artist and producer. We use the smallest legible version possible to keep its visual impact to a minimum. Unfortunately, we cannot remove this information.
We are also sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the print quality. Please contact our customer service at support@posterlounge.co.uk. We will be happy to provide you with a free return label so that you can return the products and receive a refund.

We would like to clarify that our frames do come with glazing. Instead of traditional glass, we use lightweight acrylic glass, which protects the print while reducing the risk of breakage during transport.

High Quality Product
The poster is as I'd expected - but better! The image
is strikingly clear, the colour is vibrant and the poster has been carefully framed. I love it!
There was confusion over delivery as I was unable to get my address labelled exactly as I'd needed to avoid delivery to a similar address nearby. I did make a phone call about this to your company. Delivery was careless, too.
However the framed poster was carefully packed and when I eventually received it, it was in perfect condition.

Slow delivery, creased posters
This is not a U.K. based company so any deliveries into the U.K. have to cross borders —-in other words, deliveries are slow and waaay beyond the delivery timelines quoted on the website. I ordered a set of posters on August 17 and received them September 4th despite a 5-7 day delivery estimation.
Furthermore, the posters were not packaged in tubular and were all creased in the same way (from the poor packaging).
