We pack our posters up to a size of 30 × 40 cm in a sturdy shipping envelope. Our larger posters are rolled in a protective paper and send them in a shipping tube.
We recommend you to send us photos of your poster per Whatsapp or per e-mail so that we can offer you a suitable solution.

Premium delivery and timeframes are misleading
I recently ordered a poster and paid for the premium delivery, which is quoted at 5 -7 working days. However, I have since discovered that this an inaccurate timeline due to it being shipped across a border apparently and therefore it is more likely to take over 9 days. When I tried to re-arrange the delivery, response from customer service was slow and unhelpful. Despite indicating that I would not be able to receive the delivery if it did not arrive within 5-7 days, and requesting to change delivery location, the item was sent anyway. Very frustrating and, more importantly, misleading content is published on their website about their delivery service.

All our products are made to order and shipped from Germany. We provide information about our location, production and delivery process on our website and throughout the ordering process. For international shipments, customs clearance may also be required, which unfortunately can affect the shipping process.
For your particular order, the estimated delivery timeframe provided was 04/09/2026 to 08/09/2026. According to the tracking information, the parcel was delivered on 04/09/2026, which was the first day of the stated delivery timeframe.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our customer service. We generally reply within 48 hours and always do our best to assist our customers as quickly as possible. At the same time, we take the time to carefully review each individual case so that we can understand the situation and provide a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Nevertheless, we understand your disappointment, particularly regarding your request to change the delivery location. As an exception, we have therefore refunded the premium delivery costs, even though the parcel arrived within the stated delivery timeframe.
We always want to make the ordering and delivery experience as smooth and transparent as possible, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service and communication.

Quality of canvas is excellent. Colours are beautiful. It was easy to order and delivery was quick and I was kept informed of its journey to me through customs. I now have two large canvases from Posterlounge and couldn’t be happier.

Quality Service
Ordering my framed gallery print was very straight forward. The total wait for delivery was about 2 weeks. I received a quality product that was well packaged.
The wall mount backing is solid and made placing my picture very easy.

As your order contains small-format prints, it was sent from Germany with Deutsche Post as a standard postal shipment. These shipments are handed over to the local postal service in the destination country and unfortunately do not include tracking.
