Highly recommend pots for tots they have made my daughters food journey the best she can be a very fussy eater until I found them on Facebook she now eats everything including fish thanks again

My 2 year old absolutely loves the meals and snacks from Pots for Tots on days we can’t get him to eat anything he usually does we whip out one of the meals and he eats it happily.

The food was delicious
The food was delicious and my 1 year old eats everything whether we serve him these. They are very handy to have when you want to eat later or when having a take away that my toddler wouldn’t enjoy. Will definitely be ordering more.

Food is fantastic
Food is fantastic! Packaging was a little disappointing, the tops of the pots without cardboard wrappers had all come off in transit.
Would purchase again and hope it doesn’t happen again.

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lids coming off the pots during transit. We always strive to pack the boxes as securely as possible to minimize any movement during transportation. In response to your observation, we have recently introduced sleeves to provide additional protection for the pots and lids.

I must express my disappointment with…
I must express my disappointment with my recent order. It arrived with a broken lid on one of the pots, leaving the food exposed. We found a sharp bone in the fish curry; luckily, my toddler spit it out! The rice in the chicken fricassee was undercooked, a fact I discovered when my toddler refused to eat it and I sampled it myself. The overall quality of the food was regrettably low.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had with your recent order and assure you that we are taking immediate actions to rectify the issues you have raised. We were shocked to hear your feedback as we pride ourselves on the quality of our meals, and we deeply regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
Firstly, we are sorry for the broken lid on one of the pots, which resulted in your food being exposed. This is certainly not the level of quality we strive to deliver, unfortunately on sometimes this can happen during transit. We have been working hard behind the scenes to implement packaging solutions to minimise this - recently introducing sleeves on the meals to further protect the pots.
We are extremely concerned to hear about the presence of a sharp bone in the fish curry. We do have strict quality control measures in place with the supplier and our own kitchen team to prevent such incidents, and we also include a fishbone warning card with the delivery.
Regarding the undercooked rice in the chicken fricassee, this is surprising to hear as we have cooking methods in place which our chef team follow to a T, we’d be keen to understand the BBE date on the pot so we can investigate the batch. We pride ourselves on providing delicious and well-prepared meals, and we apologize that this has been your experience.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the overall quality of the food. We take these comments seriously and use them as an opportunity to improve our services.
We’d also like to discuss with you how we rectify the issue and hopefully allow us the opportunity to show you this has been a very rare incident, could you pop us an email with your order number and any photographs you took to hello@potsfortots.co.uk so we can pick up directly?

Good quality products
Good quality products and reliable delivery service, only improvement would be if there was a wider / changing range of meals available. Would definitely recommend to others.

The meals are absolutely fantastic
The meals are absolutely fantastic. So handy and it’s great to know they are full of nutrients. My little boy absolutely loves all the meals, even when he had been quite fussy with fish, he absolutely demolishes the fish pie and fish curry. He prefers them over anything I make!

I’m in shock! Amelia just ate nearly all of the Chicken Fricassee!! She hates mushrooms and not a fan or brown rice or cabbage, but she absolutely LOVED this!! I didn’t realise what it was so put in in the mic and then read after and thought I’d give it a go anyway, wowww! Thank you!

A lifesaver for the busy Mum!
As a Mum who works full time, I want my two year old to have nutritious meals that are tasty and don't require loads of planning! My Pots for Tots stash (which we mainly use on the weekends when he is not at nursery) is a lifesaver. Filled with goodness, generous portions and really tasty!

These have changed my life
These have changed my life! So convenient to have in the freezer, pop in the microwave and serve up. Because they’re cubes, you can do as much or as little as you like. The pasta and bolognese is a huge hit here.
