On the delivery, your parcel arrived 5 business days after dispatch, which is inside our expected range, but I know that's still a long time to wait.

The prices aren't the lowest, but considering the quality of service, they're worth it. I will come back again because shopping with them gives me peace of mind when it comes to fulfilling my order. grazie per la recensione e per i suggerimenti! Cerchiamo sempre di migliorare il sito, quindi un feedback come questo ci aiuta davvero. Il filtro per intensità era la lacuna più evidente e ora l'abbiamo aggiunto, insieme ad altri filtri. Stiamo anche migliorando i riassortimenti, prodotto per prodotto. Sulle email hai ragione: meglio poche ma importanti. Stiamo rivedendo la frequenza degli invii.

i had some issues with paypal the first 2 orders, it took about 5 days to confirm the payment (no real struggle, just had to wait); so be aware of that the first time you order via paypal. but since my 3rd order it usually arrives within 3-4 business days to germany.
great costumer support, they are always available and kind. pouches are always sealed and in great condition.
