Good experience
Good experience - faced an issue of partially missing order, however customer service helped finding out that the order was correctly packed in their warehouse, and that the box was damaged (teared up and re-packed) after delivery service picked it up, therefore offered various options to compensate for the missing part of order.

I ordered Pablo Kiwi 50mg (30 books,)
I ordered Pablo Kiwi 50mg (30 books,), but I received the 17mg version instead—a strength I do not use. I placed the order while in London and was returning to the Sultanate of Oman the very next day. I contacted Snusdaddy, and they offered to exchange the order (shipping from London to Oman), but I informed them about the customs restrictions in Oman; they never replied. I don't know how to resolve this issue. I dislike the Pablo 17mg; it feels like I bought something just to throw it in the trash, and the expiration date is approaching. I do not recommend dealing with Snusdaddy. Thank you.

You receiving the order incorrectly is true, and that's on us, which we communicated clearly to you. The rest is unfortunately false, and I'm really sorry that you would take your time to write this up in a manner that is not true. Either you are intentionally doing this, or simply misunderstanding the communication received. When and where you would be leaving the location was still not established. While we tried getting that out of you, we never received a clear response. We never offered the exchange you mention, since we suspected that you would not be in the original location for too long. So therefore we were looking into other solutions. And the response that you never received, you are right. While we said we are going to resolve this for you, we did not respond to your latest inquiry for a few hours, which was received at 11 pm local time, which then led to you going here. Mistake by us, miscommunication and possibly misunderstanding for the rest. That's where this is coming from and it's a shame.
