While I'm really sorry about the two weeks' delay from the expected delivery date, there was good reason for it in this case, or actually, two good reasons. Let me explain.
The first time they attempted delivery, the shipping company requested that the address be corrected. After a week, this was finally corrected in a satisfactory manner, and delivery could once again proceed. One thing to note is that different countries have different requirements for the addresses for the packages to be delivered. For example, some countries require that the name on the package match the name on or in the building, on top of any potential apartment numbers.
The next bunch of delivery attempts was not successful due to the fact that no one was present to receive the package. Presence is crucial due to the signature requirement of the package. Once rescheduled to a date that fit, the package was finally delivered.
While we wish all packages were delivered on the intended date, things like addresses and presence are crucial for that to happen, and there is not much we nor the shipping company can do besides try to sort them out if they are incorrect, and this can take some time.
Hope that explains the mishap, and once again, I'm so sorry about the delay.

Okay prices great selection outstanding customer service
They have okay prices and charge a bit more than others for the tarif fees but still great selection outstanding customer support and they do deliver to fpo and other military addresses.
I’ve spent about 100- 150 dollars pre tariffs for 40 cans
Now post tariffs add about 50 dollars to that.
My most recent purchase was about 240 for 50 cans after a discount but buy bulk or else it’s not worth it because of the cost.
Also not the fault of snusdaddy which always packages very well, post nord is diabolical and will make you want to cry.
My iceberg pouches which are supposed to be white came murky yellow and were not hitting well, not the fault of snusdaddy make sure to check your pouches review before blaming snusdaddy.
Off four 43 cuba forest berry right now but wanted to thank the customer support team for their help last year with the issue of my military addresses. Which they were able to send to both the European armed forces address and the other although the packages still have to travel to the us than back to Europe or wherever.
Overall love this site.

My order was seized by Finnish customs, but they refunded me
My order was seized by Finnish customs. I was not aware that an amendment to the tobacco law forbidding individuals from importing smokeless tobacco products (effective August 1) when I made my order on August 21. The system unfortunately didn't have it blocked out (as used to happen when it was illegal to order pouches stronger than 4 mg in Finland). When the customs issue was resolved, I reached out to their customer service and explained the situation. They got back to me very quickly, apologized, and are refunding my purchase (and also told me they have already updated their system to prevent this in the future). My previous experiences were all positive, just unfortunate that this legal amendment has passed - if it is repealed, I'll definitely be a customer again! They have great prices and selection, and very honest and responsive customer service.

All is okay but sometimes the product is too dry,feels like its old or been stored in wrong conditions,and it affects the strength of it,tho it not happens all the time but still a lil disappointing
